Hey guyzz im back!!! But im so soorry that i couldnt update earlier actually there been many obstacles in my way and the thing is night before yesterday my phone broke !!! And the worst part is i guess its sensor broke badly hats y its not sensing the fingers touch!!
I mean its not even opening 😭😭😭
Its realllt gonna be hectic for me !!! As im coming online through my mom's phone and trust me my phone was much easier and though this phone? There are many typing mistakes occurs so plzzz bear with ke guyzz
So heres chapter 3 i hope you all will enjoy its a longer one ... And behna (shikha) my lappy is attacked by virus so i cant login there i guess i dont have any option now... 😭
CHAPTER 3
Everyone started dancing ... Wonderful performance was given by mamaji and mamiji on punjabi wedding song
Kamini: buai ab zara suman aur shravan ko pehele krne do fir baaki log krnge ... Hein?
Everyone agreed happily while ramnath stood there glaring at kamini remembering their conversation
*FLASHBACK*
Ramnath: kamini! Kamini!!
He shouted coming to her room
Kamini: kya hua bhaisaab? Kyu chilla rhe hain?!
Ramnath: tumne shravan aur suman ko dance krne kyu kaha?? Tum achhi tarah jaanti thi mai undono ko kareeb nai dekh skta fir??!!
Kamini:* mai bhi preeti aur pushkar ko ek saath nai dekh skti uska kya? *
She thought making disgusting face, ramnath broke her train of revengeful thoughts
Ramnath: kamini! Mai kuch pooch rha hoon! Javaab do!
Kamini: vo kya hai na ji dono mana kr rhe thay dance krne se but lalaji ne bohot insist kiya undono k liye mai kaise unko mana krti hein?? Aapko jo baat krni hai na jaa k apne bhai se kijiye mujhse nai!
Ramnath just gave a disbelief look , he understood it was her doung but cant question her any further on the name of his innocent brother
He just left the room , irritated, banging the door
Kamini: abhi toh bass shuruat hai bhaisaab aap bass baith k kaze lijiye aur aage dekhte jaaiye...
She smirked..
*FLASHBACK ENDS*
Everyone started insisting Shraman to come forward and set a blaze to the stage!
Suman was way beyond afraid to steal a glance at ramnath while ramnath was slowly nodding in negative kept ranting "pleaee suman nai... Nai... " but neither suman got the courage to look at him nor shravan saw his father's gestures.
Shravan's eyes were permanently fixed on his lady! And his lady was looking down as if it was a sin for her to dance with him. Shravan was very kuch disturbed by her expressions
He came forward and holded her elbow to make her face him
She dint look at him yet
Shravan saw her for few seconds and seeing that she's not looking at him he holded her cheeks in his palms to make her look at him
She was watery eyed and confused so she decided that she's gonna lwave herself totally to this broad tall hunk and just be in his control.
He asked her "chale? "
And she nodded followed by a smile
They proceeded on the stage and the lights went out and a spot light went only on these two!
They were having an eyelock, totally lost in each other, when the song started playing
Na jeeya zindagi ek pal bhi...
Tukhse ho k juda sun zara...
Shravan turned her around and holded her from the back looking at her divine face from her right shoulder(imagine he's looking from your own right guyzz) she slowly looked up at him turning her face
Bin tere mujhse naraaz tha dil...
Tu mila hai toh hai keh rha...
Again he turned her around and pulled her closer thereby swifting smoothly still not breaking the eyelock
Mai toh tere rang mein
Rang chuka hoon
Bas tera ban chuka hoon
Mera mujhmein kuch nahi... Sab tera...
Mai toh tere dhang mein
Dhal chuki hoon
Bas teri ban chuki hoon
Mera mujhmein kuch nahi..
Sab tera... Sab tera... Sab tera... Sab tera...
As he spins her around and leaves her hand she keeps spinning and the tune changes to another song
As the song starts he moves round around the spinning suman adoring her with a smile
Itni mohabbat karo na...
Mai doob na jaaun kahin...
He grabbed her by the waist and bent upon her ... Both going down
Vaapas kinaare pe aana ...
Mai bhool na jaaun kahin...
Dekha jab se chehra tera...
Mai toh hafto se soya nahi...
They both holding one hand break apart and he pulls her when she , spinning comes into his arms while he hugs her from behind
Shravan:* ek baar pooch lo sumo ki mai uss din aisi kya baat krna chahta tha bass ek baar apne dil ki baat mujhse share kr do i promise kisi ko nai bataunga and will definately solve it*
He picked her up still hugging from behind and spun around slowly
A lone tear escape suman's eyes
Bol do na zara
Dil mein jo hai chhipa
Mai kisi se kahunga nahi...

As the music further plays he puts her down and she slowly turns to face him. She was looking down in actual she was silently weeping.
They again began slowly swaying.
Mujhe neend aati nahi hai akele
Khwaabo mein aaya kro
Nahi chal sakoonga tumhare bina mai
Mera tum sahara bano..
This time he picked her up from her front (not the bridal style)
And again spun around she was closing her eyes and head tilted upwards as he picked her up
Ek tumhe chaahne k alava
Aur kuch humse hoga nahi...
When he slowly pulls her down their bodies rubbing against each other and their heads extremely close. She could feel his breath and so can he. Their lips almost touched.
Bol do na zara
Dil mein jo hai chhipa
Mai kisi se kahunga nahi..
She looked into his eyes with tears slowly spilling out of the corner of her eye
Humari kami tumko mehsoos hogi
Bhiga dengi jab baarishe
He wiped her tears with tha pad of his thumb and carressed her cheek with his moist eyes.
Mai bharkar k laya hoon
Aakho mein apni
Adhoori si kuch khwaishein
This was enough ! She was breaking down as the lyrics were depinting his feelings as if shravan is singing this song . she awkwardly broke the dance in the middle and walked away wiping the tears and controlling them as he saw her retreating back while the song continued filling both of their ears with the most meaningful lines of the world.
Rooh se chaahne vaale aashiq
Baatien jismo ki karte nahi...
Bol do na zara
Dil mein jo hai chhipa
Mai kisi se kahunga nahi...
As the song ended everyone applaused for their slow but steady and sizzling performance
He weakly smiled at everyone and went straight to where she had gone , without wasting any minute.
She was standing outside but at the back of the hall uncontrollably weeping .. Her tears were flowing without stopping she was so badly crying that huge hiccups were lingering her throat.
While crying she shouted
Suman: kyu??!! Kyu bhagvaanji aisa mere saath hi kyu hota hai...??
She slowly slid down holding the wall behind her and sat with a thud
Suman: mai jaanti hoon ye filmy dialog hai par aisa baar baar ho rha hai toh mai kya bolu?! (She weeped hard) pehele aapne mujhse mere mummy papa ko chheen liya maine kuch nai kaha... Shravan ko 10 saalo tkk mujhse dooor rkha mai chup rhi! Jab vo lauta toh uske dil mein mere liye nafrat nai hata ske meri insult hone diya maine koi shikaayat nai ki (she said along with crying) (her crying became soft) fir... Jab shravan mere kareeb aane laga... Mai usse apne dil ki baat kehna chahti thi aur vo bhi... (Again shouted looking upwards) fir kyu mujhse alag kr diya use?? KYU??!! Aur jab mai alag rehne ki koshish kr rhi hoon toh kyu hume baar baar ek dusre k kareeb laa rhe ho aap!! Kyu?! (She cried looking down and closing her eyes) kya aapko meri khushi dekhi nai jaati?...
She was crying closing her eyes tightly when someone put a hand on her shoulder. Without looking who it was she grabbed the person and weeped on his shoulder hard clutching his shervani tightly and pulling him more closer...
She hugged him in a bone crushing hug as if , if she'll let him go she'll fall down never to be able to stand up again. She needed support samn badly!
He put his one palm on her head and another on her back caressing them in circles to sooth her with ease so that her loud hiccups will come to an end as at every sound of her weep and the warmth of her tears on his shoulder he was nearing his death.
Each second was a torment for him like hell.
To be precise he heard her each and every complain to the GOD!
And was now more determined than before to find out the reason to solve it and make her the happiest woman alive.
After a while she stopped crying and realizing that on whom she was clutching hard she slowly pulled away (though the moment he put his hand and she grabbed him she already knew it was shravan as she could recognize him and his scent even in her dreams)
He was going to wipe her tears when she stopped him and wiped them herself
Suman: did... Did you hear anything?
She asked confused and curious to know whether he heard her list of complains and most important her dream of telling him her heart out.
Shravan sadly nodded in negative.
Suman could clearly see the pain and concern for her in his moist eyes
'He cried too! ' was the thought first came to her mind
She immediately looked away and turned to leave when he held her
Shravan: sumo... Please...
He almost whispered
She turned around to face him
Suman: kya? ... Bolo
She said looking down and with a cold face without expression
Shravan: please sumo bata do mujhe ek baar kya baat hai jo tumhe andar hi andar khatam kr rha hai...
Suman looked into his eyes and gave a cold reply
Suman: aisi koi baat nai hai shravan... (Looking down again) aur agar tumhara ho gya ho toh mai jaa rhi hoon
Saying this she turned and started walking only to be stopped again at his call from the back
Shravan: sumo ek minute!
Abd he walked passing her so that he can stand in front of her she was still not looking or meeting his eyes.
Shravan: sumo... Toh fir ro kyu rhi thi?
Suman: aise hi... Kuch baat yaad aa gyi...
Shravan: kya baat?
Suman got irritated and literally shouted
Suman: har baat mai tumhe batana zaroori nai smjhti shravan ab please mera raasta chhoro!
Shravan got angry too
Shravan: nai! Jab tkk tum mujhe poori baat nai bata deti mai nai jaane vala kahin!
Suman(looking into his eyes with anger): tumhe koi fark nai parta hai shravan please leave me alone!
Saying this she moved faster when he shouted from behind
Shravan: fark parta hai god damn it!! (Coming towards her and holding her by shoulders , tears flowing down his cheeks) sumo please tum agar khatam ho gyi na toh tumhara ye shravan bhi nai rhega iss duniya mein smjhi?!
As soon as he said these words a light but not tight slap was put across his face by her and she said in a low tone with gritted teeth
Suman: ainda aisa kuch kaha na toh mujhse bura koi nai hoga... Kuch nai hone vala hai tumhe smjhe?!
And she stormed out of the sight.
Shravan stood there remembering their conversation and holding his slapped cheek when slowly a smile stick to his lips but as soon as he remembered her weeping and her complains his smile faded away.
Shravan:* i promise you sumo i'll make you smile the way you never had but for that you have to cry hard again first. I'm sorry fir that but this i'm doing for the sake of us!
He said determined like never before!
Soon all ladies were sitting for mehendi and the main artist was printing her designs on preeti's hand upto her elbow! Preeti was enjoying hard
Everyone made mehendi for themselves except suman , she was busy providing necessary items for the function and then feeding all the mehendi occupied women , specially preeti.
It bacame late night everyone kept insisting her to put mehendi she denied on the note of loads of work and everyone understood genuinely.
Suman:* jiske naam ki mehendi lagani hai vo mere kismat mein hi nai hai toh in haatho ki lakeero par uska naam likhva k mai apni kismat ko dhokha nai dena chshti*
She thought sadly lying on her bed wiping the tears repeatedly in the darkened room where no one can see her tears except her loyal pillows...
THE WEDDING DAY
Preparations were going well all were moving here and there to see the decor and necessities. They were having the wedding in a 5 star hotel as kamini dreamt, and suman had done the arrangements royally upto kamini and her friend's class!
Kamini and her friends were mesmerized by the decoration when kamini along with her two friends came to check the arrangements herself
Kamini came to suman , beaming with a smile and took her aside.
Suman(nervous): aunty... Kuch... Kuch chhoot gya kya? Sb thhik toh hai na?
She asked looking around when suddenly she was shocked to see kamini hugging her tightly !
Kamini(genuinely happy): suman puttar!! (Breaking the hug with 1000 watt smile) tune toh aaj kamal kar ditta! Kya arrangements ki hai! Hein?! Ab!... Ab lag rhi hai malhotras ne barabari valo se rishta kiya hai! Aur ye sb kuch teri vajah se hua hai! Thankyou so much!
Saying this she planted a kiss on suman's forehead , blessing her, and giving a smile she went away
Suman was heartily happy she was smiling ear to ear. This was enough for her that kamini aunty is so satisfied with the arrangements and she wouldn't have to listen to shravan's arguements this time.
On reaching home kamini told everyone what she saw with a glittering smile and everyone was smiling happy and laughing seeing her satisfied.
Shravan was proudly smiling
BARAAT
When it was time for the baraat to departure dabboo came running and shravan who was wearing a royal gold shervani with royal working and with a pagree on the head , felt a tug on the end of shervani from the back
Dabboo: jiju jiju!!
He turned around to see dabboo
Dabboo: ohh sorry shravan bhaiya mujhe laga jiju hain
Shravan sat down to make his tall height at the same level as dabboo
Shravan:* haan dabboo beta kuch din baad tumhara ye shravan bhaiya bhi jiju ban jayega*
He smiled thinking that
Dabboo: shravan bhaiya jiju nikle nai hain na?
Shravan nodded in no
Dabboo: toh kya mai bhi unki baraat mein unke saath baith skta hoon?
He asked innocently and shravan slightly laughed at his innocence then picked him up in his arms , and pressing his cheeks with both sides by his thumb and rest of the fingers he said
Shravan: haan humare chhote sartaaj! Kyu nai zaroor baithoge! (Kissing his cheek) chalo!
And then he took dabboo with him
In the groom's car there were the driver (obvio) , in the passenger seat shravan sat with dabboo in his lap! At the back pushkar and kamini were sitting
Dabboo: jiju aapke saath chal k jaldi jaldi preeti didi ko laane mein mai bhi madad karunga
Pushkar and shravan laughed and this time kamini too adored dabboo's words with a small laugh
In front of the car friends relatives and most of all the most dashing pair were dancing , the one and only lalaji and varun!! Vandy too danced but wasn't able to match the enthusiasm of her husband and father in law. Seeing their dance pushkar, shravan , even dabboo everyone laughed . after covering some distance shravan and dabboo too took over the dance floor taking along pushkar and kamini did the 'nazar utaarna' thing with her money and gave the money to a band person who was playing trumpet near them.
After 2 hours they reached the venue
At the entrance manju mami and mamaji and rest of the tiwari family welcomed them with mamiji doing pushkar's aarti and tilak.
Suman was with preeti standing at their room's balcony and preeti was shying like hell which suman was very much enjoying.
As soon as suman , still laughing at preeti's reaction , looked down her eyes fell on shravan coming from behind the baraat party taking all the materials required for the wedding.
Her smile slowly faded away and excusing herself from preeti she went inside.
THE WEDDING CEREMONY/RITUALS
The baraat entered the mandap area everyone seated on their places. Panditji called the groom to be seated on the mandap. Shravan took pushkar and made him sit on his seat. Then the panditji called for the bride , with a "dulhan ko mandap par bulaya jaaye" and listening this pushkar gave a 1000 watt smile and his heart started racing. He was shying and shravan smiled at his reaction.
After 5 minutes they heard a payal sound (actually shravan heard that particularly and that too in the noise of the crowd). Shravan turned his face in the direction of that sound and his eyes fell on the feet wearing those payal. He saw the golden lehenga with red hard stone work and designs. He slowly moved his gaze up to see the face and saw HIS LADY ! Totally unaware of the beautiful bride beside her. For him no other lady existed. His smile now grew into a 1000 watt one. Pushkar was too mesmerized by his wonderful bride to notice his bhaiya drooling all over sumo.
Preeti was looking gorgeous like a fairy and she wore that real ruby 'khandaani haar' in her neck which further beautified her glory.
Suman was so happy seeing her sister this beautiful that she dint notice someone head over heels mesmerized by her and so did no one other
When she came and stood beside preeti , still shravan couldn't take his eyes off her. Now pushkar noticed him and turned his gaze towards as unaware sumo who was busy adjusting preeti's dupatta on her head.
Pushkar(clearing his throat): bhaiya! Zara suniye
Shravan kneels down to make his ear at his face level
Pushkar(whispering): bhaiya meri dulhan ko taarna band kijiye
Shravan coughed in shock
Shravan(whispering): chhote??
Pushkar laughed at his brother's foolishness.
Pushkar: bhaiya sumo ko bhi taarna band kijiye please varna sb abhi aapko aur sumo ko bhi baitha denge mandap par aise bhi dulhe aur dulhan se kamm nai lag rhe aap dono! (He chuckled) aur haan manju aunty toh pakka apna vo 'haaye sbke saamne naak kata k rkh diya iss larki ne' vala hathiyaar use kr k abhi turant aap dono ki shaadi kara degi!
Shravan laughed shyly
Shravan: chup kar! Kuch bhi bolta hai chup chaap se apni shaadi par dhyaan de smjha?!
He beat him on the shoulder lovingly
Preeti sat beside pushkar
Both stealing glances at each other.
Suman too stole a glance at shravan but before she could remove her eyes she found herself staring him hard as she was totally mesmerized by the handsomeness of his shervani perfectly hugging his body specially the upper part.
When shravan directed his view in her direction he was amused to find her staring him
He raised his brows to ask 'what? ' and that broke her trance which made her feel embarrass!
Shravan adored her reaction and smile unconciously
Lalaji came up to shravan
Lalaji: shravan puttar humare kuch rishtedaar abhi pohchenge 15 minute mein. Oye tu chala jayega unko laane airport?
Shravan(smiling): ji lalaji!
Saying this he went towards his car. Suman heard their conversation
Suman(under her breath): airport?
Immediately she pulled her lehenga a bit up by both her hands and turning around ran after shravan
Suman: shravan ruko!
Shravan turned around
Shravan: kya hua?
Suman: shravan tum airport jaa rhe ho?
Shravan: haan
Ramnath was again eavesdropping them.
Suman: shravan uss jungle vaale raaste se matt jana its really dangerous at night and most of all i cant trust the road there and! That great talaab just near the road! So please...
Shravan(smiling): bol li? Arre meri sumo! Kuch nai hoga mujhe chill!! Mai yoo gya aur yoo aaya! Ok? Bye!
Suman was hesitant in allowing him to leave
Suman: pata nai mujhe kuch thhik nai lag rha please shravan...
But shravan cut her off
Shravan: kuch nai hoga mujhe (in deep husky voice) i promise mai kabhi tumhe chhor k nai jaaunga!
Suman got watery eyes and waved a light bye and shravan giving a smile left.
He started the engine and saw fuel zero.
Shravan: lagta hai taxi leni paregi!
He went and took a taxi. Suman saw the number plate of the taxi and so did ramnath. She was extremely tensed and uncomfortable .
'Something was going wrong' was the only thought coming in her mind again and again.
After 2 hours...
Panditji: ab var vadhu fero k liye khare ho jaaye
Pushkar(to kamini): mumma bhaiya kahan hain?
Kamini: i dont know puttar mai bhi use hi dhhoondh rhi hoon
Hearing this lalaji came worried
Lalaji: Oo sodiyo maine bheja tha shravan puttar ko ek rishtedaar ko airport se uthhane par abhi tkk aya nai vo...
Now kamini became worried just then the relatives whom shravan was supposed to pick , came.
The man: ohh lalaji? Ki gal hai koi aya nai hume uthhane? Pichle 2 ghanto se intezaar kiya humne
Lalaji(under his breath): nai aya? (To the relative) maaf kar dijiyega ji aaiye aaiye fero ka vakt ho gya hai.
Pushkar and preeti started taking vows by moving around the pious fire.
Suman and ramnath were widely opened eye in shock and wasn't able to understand what they just heard.
Ramnath looked in suman's direction and saw tears flowing down her cheeks.
Ramnath(still looking at suman):* shravan kahan ho tum?? *
Suman:* nai shravan ko kuch nai ho skta... He promised me mujhe kabhi chhor k nai jaayega toh ab vo aise kahin nai jaa skta*
She wiped her tears and dialled shravan's number but it was out of reach. She dialled again and again lastly when it was reachable it came switched off
She cried aloud at a corner where no one can see throwing her ohone away but ramnath was constantly watching her panick.
One hour more passed by and it was time for sindoor daan and mangalsutra which pushkar reluctantly did ... Till now almost everyone was worried for shravan but cant stop the qedding because of the fixed shubh muhrat.
Pushkar and preeti were announced as husband and wife
They took the elder's blessings
Pushkar declared until and unless they take his bhaiya's blessings , this wedding will always be incomplete.
Ramnath was about to put his left hand on a crying suman's right shoulder from the back when suman's phone rang
The screen was displaying HIS name. She quickly picked up the call.
Suman: hello? Shravan??
Ramnath eyes lit up !
Precap: suman unconcious for a week. Suman again in delima. After talking to nanu ramnath gives an offer to suman again...
Phew!!!!! Finally!!!! Ohh godd writing this part was challenging as whenever i write mid way it will disappear n i hsve to start it all over again ... Verry hectic!!!!! But finally done!!!!
Hipe you all will love it i dont have any energy left now after completing this so im not gonna write more 😆 btw ignore the typos as i tried my level best to correct the typos but as i told u i dont have energy left to recheck for the typos
