Lol she'll startcalling him bhaiya unintentionally because she constantly hears pushkar call him that and shravan will suddenly be "bhaiya?" XD and thats how they'll slowly figure whats going on behind closed doors or under pink dupattas on terraces XD

I remember when Preeti made that couscous and said it was especially for Shravan...and I was like she doesn't call him bhaiya...why?

But It just might be that they all know each other since they were in school...and are friends. They are all just a few years apart so they're comfortable calling each other by their first names.

Now if Preeti starts calling Shravan bhaiya it'll be something that at least Sumo will definitely take notice of... 😆

pushkar preeti ki speed indicates that they will do something and then to save preeti Shravan will be the scapegoat-- typical serial scenario. Haha

But now Pushkar and Preeti are married so like she call Vandy "vandy bhabi" , Varun "varun bhaiyya" it would be nice for her to call Shravan "shravan bhaiyya or jiju " . I think it would be cute
