What if Sumo had read Shravan's letter that day?

Hey guys, this is my first post here,

Started watching the show n visiting the forum recently ... so not aware that this has been discussed or not.

But while watching i was thinking. If Sumo had read that letter that day, what wud be her reaction...

As sumo was those days, she dint even publically acknowledge their friendship , wud she be accepting his love or proposal ...

N now while his letter mean so much to her, but going by the childhood sumo, back in those dayz she had most probably made fun of his letter and his love n rejected his love ...

How heartbroken sharavan wud hv been.

Anyways. Cant wait for when Shravan's real feelings will be revealed to us.

Umm.. haven't really thought about it... but I don't think Suman would have at all appreciated his thoughts. . But I doubt she would have hurt him by rejecting directly unless it would have been proposal in front of many people...

At that time I think she didnt have romantic feelings for anyone and was more worried about her image and being cool.. She must have not taken it seriously and made jokes.on that...

I feel:

Since it had not even occurred to Sumo, I feel she would have been shocked..But considering how protective she had been about him, I feel she would have told him they should wait. The outburst at the school had happened only because he had caught Sumo at the WRONG TIME. Had it been in private, she would have been sympathetic and even helped him out, because she had actually known his mom pretty well.

I guess everything happens for a reason. Had she read the letter that day, she would probably be more sympathetic towards him. Her and his actions probably would be different leading to a different story.

Hey Mischy. I don't think I have seen you for a long while. Didn't you used visit the forum on QH? Anyways, glad to see you here. A lot of usual suspects have come here like Soup, Mirchi etc. This show has a lot of potential and just the sort of mind games and psychology a lot of us love.

Yes even I wonder if Sumo would have reacted the way she has now? We know very well probably not. Actually not at all. In fact she may have got mad as heck with Shravan. That is what Shravan was afraid of in the first place. He did say in his letter if she doesn't feel the same, don't break the friendship. So he always valued her friendship more than anything. Don't even want to know what sort of mess would have been created if the old Sumo had read the letter written by sensitive Shravan.

Same here, even i think she wudnt hv appreciated his love , about hurting him, i dont know maybe she wud hv said no to him , made fun of him. We cant say she was too sensitive then, remember she made fun of Shravan's sensitive provate matter in front of everyone, so yeah,

It was a cinematic liberty, cz i think if she had read it then, there wud hv been no love story then, sumo most likely wud hv rejected his proposal, even worse made fun of him. N The equation wud hv gone down the drain back then 😆

Anywayz. Yeahhh, thanku for welcoming, tried to resist it somehow but cud not, lol.

I kind of disagree soup, i really dont think she was very protective or sensitive for that matter, i know that she was immature n all that, but considering how she was, there r minimal chances that sge had actually acknowledged his feelings, in most probability she wud hv laughed at him or scolded him.

About the wrong time thing, the way she made fun of him. Poor guy was devastated, i understood Shravan's anger when they revealed the real reason. But anywsys it dint make his actions justified, what he did was wrong too.

Btw good thing was they both let the past go, though im still waiting for a heartfelt apology, even though they have let the matter go

That i agree with u that it wud hv lead to a different story but my perception of that story is different, 😆😆 i dont actually think that she wud hv been sympathetic towards him. But thats my opinio. Lol
