I dont think it will be out and out romantic moments as friendship hasnt mended,Suman hasnt realised her feelings and Shravan is not ready to accept so it will take some time.At the end of case many things will change for sure.

Maybe something Awkward will happen behind the close door of Shravan's room... Maybe he will be shirtless n doing some gym thing or sort of... N dham she enter...
