i dont think so nanaji knows as she always avoid shravan's thing by telling him aap nahin samjhoge. be it when she heard shravan coming she blushed and when he broke her heart she cried.
and yes sometimes u need unconditional love. which can only be given by a lover or companion not even friends and family can give that love. i see suman really doesnot have that special person to share her inner fears. coz nanaji is elder to her she wont be that comfortable to share everything. pushkar is just a friend. pushkar and purna saw her change and saw she waited for shravan. but she didnot have anyone she can be herslef with. shravan left her but lets not forget she shared about the jewelry thing with shravan. she hides her feelings. whch only shravan could see.
affection is very much needed, i see suman never had a boyfriend.
