Definitely the hurt she caused him is much much greater than the hurt he caused her today. But they are definitely equal now in terms of everything being out in the open. His purpose was to show her the mirror, & get even & drive the point across that he's no longer the Shravan who people can laugh at & he did that. So their relationship with each other is at an equal level now- she hurt him, he hurt her back. That's what I mean. I am in no way saying defending Suman & her actions.

But I am disappointed with the CVs. They dint show Suman regretting even once what she did. She still behaves as if she has every right to b angry. And W*F was she dng yelling that it was bachpana. Sorry had she stopped just with ignoring him I w'd ve called it immaturity. But talking bt his parents & their fight & then insulting about his mom running away, sorry tats not bachpana. That was pathetic! What ever excuse Pretty boy Pushkar says tommo is not gng 2 cut ice with me. And aft all this she has the audacity to wait for 10 yrs & write a f**king 1 line Sorry note. W*F 😡

Again, please calm down. And try to refrain from using abusive language.
Please understand that this show is only 3 weeks old. There is still so much more to the story left, which they can't complete in one episode. Suman did regret what she did & we will be seeing that soon. Clearly, Suman is not the same narcissist bully she was, back in high school. She has matured with time & that is obvious. Her yelling that it was 'bachpana' is truly not done on her part, but give her time so that Shravan's behaviour, his motivations for doing so sink in & she can reflect on why he did what he did. And also so that she can apologize & make amends for the hurt she caused him in the past.

I understand how emotionally invested you are with the characters & the show, but calm down. We get a 20 minutes episode & the CVs are clearly doing their best to give us a good, tight-scripted 20 minutes.

In suman's defense:)
I don't remember what I said.or did in high school. Forget justifying it ,its good at least she remembers half of.it , forgetting half of.it would have made it too real :-)
We all.have the habit of compartmentalizing memories ,some store good ones ,some.bad ones ...its more to do with that person's nature
Some people are desperate optimist and some as desperate pessimist ...

Suman was wrong 10years back Sravan is today ,over a period of time Sravan realized his mistake in considering her his friend ,she never valued him ...all agree
What I don't agree is a tit for tat response 10years later ,because in my opinion image and aukat are two different things. And people change over time ,to me it almost seemed like he was punishing someone else that too This was a notch higher

Crime and punishment should.be proportionate ,and all the hatred in his life he cannot attribute to one person ,ever if that person has been a bully ...that's way too unfortunate

Defnitely, an eye for an eye only makes the whole world blind & it is no solution. However even before deciding on right or wrong, it is important for us to understand Shravan's motivations for this revenge. People who seek revenge tend to be motivated by power, authority & status - in short, they do not want to lose face. And that is exactly what motivated Shravan the moment Suman called him eogistic & a bhagoda. Note he was planning to leave for London, but the moment she said that, she peeled open all the wounds she left him 10 years ago. Shravan did not want to be standing there at the same spot, that he was a decade ago. And so he decided on this revenge. Was what he did right? NO. But was it needed? YES. Because he needs to know that rather than providing closure, what this humiliation has done, is to refresh & reopen those wounds which he's been trying to hide from the whole world. And this is the first step for them to now look at each other, beyond their teenager selves. It is in some way, a new beginning, with everything out in the open.

I have been a silent reader. After today's episode, I could not stop myself from posting here. I loved your post and I agree with every word. It really does not matter what Pushkar tells Shravan tomorrow. And judging by the precap, it seems he is going to tell him that Suman had been waiting ten years for him, and that she was repentant. But does it really change a thing as far as Shravan is concerned? True, Suman has changed for the better but how does that help Shravan? And honestly, why would he believe it?
Suman was not a kid all those years back. They were in high school. I am guessing Shravan was a year senior to her, so she must have been in the !1th standard or at the least, the 10th. That is not too early to be matured or sympathetic. What Suman did all those years back was brutal. It is enough to leave a lifelong scar on someone like Shravan, who clearly had confidence problems which were aggravated by problems between his parents. Whats probably even worse on Suman's part is that till date she does not seem to realize what she had actually done. He had been there for her whenever she needed him. In return, she gave him insult when he was at the most vulnerable moment in his life. And not that she did not know. For Gods sake, The boy publicly explained to her that his mother had left him and she just had no reaction. Despite all this that she had done 10 years back, she had the gall to show him attitude and exclaim that 'it wasn't too big a deal'! So what if he was throwing him attitude? If Suman had the slightest realization about the enormity of what she had done all those years back, she would have swallowed her ego, and seek his forgiveness.
Till yesterday, I was on the teenage Shravan and adult Suman's side. Today, I am forced to be on the adult Shravan's side as well. i am unable to justify the adult Suman's lack of sensitivity regarding what she had done 10 years back. Yes, I don't think she truly understands what wrong she did, because if she had understood, she would not have let her ego come between her, she would have called him in those 10 years. If he had changed his number, she could have sent him a message on facebook. Instead she stalked him! I am sorry, but I can totally see why Shravan thinks she still is 'baddimag' and image conscious. Suman has not taken the effort to convince him that he is wrong. And after what she had done, she should have. I will be even more irked, if in the upcoming few episodes, she does not realize her role in the whole thing. And thats when she should confess' Jo main hoon, tum bhi wahi ho'!

Digressing from the topic, I would like to take a moment and applaud Namik paul and Nikita Datta for their wonderful performances throughout the show. The scene where Suman sheds tears all by herself and Shravan comes to her, is one of the most underplayed scenes I have ever seen on Indian television. Kudos to the actors. It was so natural. Not an ounce of over-acting by either of them. Nikita could have shrieked dramatically or screamed at him , and Namik could have overdone his anger. But It was amazing how those two did the scene. 👏👏. Of course kudos to the makers as well for keeping the show, its characters, the scenes and the dialogues so real.

I agree partially again
The issue is many are seeing the bully in suman ,I do too ,but what I am also seeing is that Sravan has a much more accomplished life now ,he's in a position to insult or humilaite others , and using this power when you are grown up is more that just revenge ,its in a way attributes a lot of his misfortune to a child woman who was insensitive in her school days ,and deriving pleasure and feeling of success through the humiliation

That too me is simple unfortunate ,and I don't think it's a new beginning because I still don't think suman should sacrifice to mend sravan's childhood wounds

He needs to get to know the new and improved suman and may be then realize there is no one left to take revenge ,that was way past ...then its a new beginning provided suman is ready to forgive him for the public aukat kya hai stunt

Nicely put. Sumo did a grave mistake by not acknowledging him when he needed her the most and became all 'classy image conscious' & bullied him. She crossed the line when she revealed his personal life which he trusted and shared with her. That is a big NO NO. I for one will never turn back to the person who revealed my personal life to the public.

Shravan, on the other hand acted all cool and lured her to the party only to insult her the same way and with the same people. Tit for tat. Shravan's justified for me. But Suman needs major redemption. I know she begged for his forgiveness when she got to know the matter and we don't know what she went through all these 10 years without her friend. So I am giving her the benefit of doubt. But nothing can earn the forgiveness for what she said. I would like see what's Shravan's next move and what Pushkar says to him.

Oh.. I am loving the show. Keeping me all glued 😆

There is a lot more to this story than what meetsthe eye. What she says in that one sentence Has a lot of hidden meaning 'Mein kya hun aur tum kya hoh'

I have this strong feeling that shras dad is dark and manipulative. I think Sumo knows something about his mom. Nothing else can justify Pushkar's grim look when speaking to shra.

She I think has made or tried to make amends somehow...

But really good writing by the cvs. Loved Sumos silence. Poor Shra he has achieved nothing with this revenge. His pain is bound to stay till he let's go and forgives.
.

I dont think ram nath ll be shown in negative light specially after showing him so emotional about his family and wants family to stay together always.

@Guruisrocking

I would love to read your thoughts more. You are very eloquent. Please do continue to contribute to this forum.
WORD to everything you said. There is nothing more for me to add, really. Suman never cared for Shravan, whether it was 10 years ago when she humiliated him & broke him, or be it now when she tried to make amends only to free herself from her guilt. If she was truly guilty, she would have kept her ego aside, & apologized to him rather than stalking him & waiting for him to return.

What she feels..after today's episode, I am sure is not love. Initially I thought it was. Rather I think, in all these years, her wait to apologize to him, got her fixated with Shravan & his presence in her life. And also the hardships she went through in the past 10 years made her understand & value what he meant to her back in high school. But its not love, not yet.

Oh I love how real this show is.

OK so I buy the young, confused, immature teen excuse. But hope you all agree that she is no more young confused teen. Then how can you explain the following:

1. Just a 1 line Sorry note.
2. Telling ITNI BHI BADI BAAT NAHIN THI
3. Yelling at Shravan that he insulted her family by leaving the arthi while she insulted his parents & mom running away bef every1 in school.

Sorry but CVs need to really do a miracle to redeem Suman in my eye. Mayb u guys r nice & forgiving. But more than teen Sumo I am unable 2 digest the current grown up Suman gallivanting around giggling without having even an iota of conscience. Not once she thinks about what she did. So she is still trivializing her pathetic behavior.
