Suman wore torn dress because two possibilities

option 1)she's not aware of it...maybe her sister just kept it over there after tearing the dress...without informing suman... And sumo didn't notice that...

Option 2)because she doesn't want to upset shravan

Its definitely because she doesn't want to upset Shravan. And because he gave it to her after cajoling her. There is no other reason she would wear a torn dress.

I think according to precap she was upset about not finding the dress and she even saying that shravan don't forgive her if she don't wear it so that means she want to wear it for shravan because he gifted her and he will upset if she don't wear
