Suman is the reason behind the shravan's decision change
He cancelled the plan of going back to London
Because suman said he knows only to run away 😳 😆

I guess suman had ridiculed Sharavan is the incident that made him leave India ! May be she had read that letter he wrote and insulted him for the so - called image, she is shown to be talking about in the flashbacks !

And if this is the case, then I can bet he is going to do the same i.e., insult her for something I don't know in the Reunion ! Tit for tat thing !

I just guess ! Curious Much ! Hope the reason turns out to be something sane and worthy of thr hype created !
