Aww I'd forgotten about this bit....but you've reminded me now....yes, they did play Jaan Nisaar after she slapped him and they exchanged this long pain filled look after that....Shravan drowning in guilt that he'd hurt her and Suman feeling so betrayed.....the song really suited that bit.
