interesting point...i think when we were discussing about how suman might regret "her tactic" in a previous thread, that might be a possibility in this case in a future episode where she might begin to wonder why she said those things in the first place...like for now, its fine that she said that she only wants friendship with shravan and nothing more but when shravan starts to reduce the special attention he used to give to suman as opposed to kanchan or his other friends this might bring a question in her mind so idk if the CVs have reserved an answer to this question for a future episode or something?? who knows i could be wrong here but lets see..she mentioned that even if she were to date someone it would have to be an army person, so today shravan mentioned that he'll become what she wants so idk if there something that could lead to a character development perhaps in shravan's case here...

I wonder if Shravan is even capable of reducing this special attention for Sumo😆....he's such a goner majnu ki Sumo ki ek smile ke liye beh jaata hai....lol.....if he is going to tell her next week that he loves her, uske baad kis angle se attention reduce hone ka scope hai?😆.....so I'm not sure if that's the way for Sumo to realize something now.

I'd thought Shravan may join the Army after they seperate....but if he's going to join the Army simply to be "eligible" for Sumo to date, err😕....I hope there is a better reason than just joining Army for a one-sided love where he's been BFF-zoned. This is too much mahaanta even for a majnu like Shravan😆.....or do they want to show that Sumo will only realize the worth of his feelings if he makes the effort to join the Army for her?😆

@ B....very true.....guess....that's...the characteristics of this PH....guess...they may want to change the dimension a bit...after all 3 consecutive shows with the similar dimension.......

@bold: Well, in my opinion, they didn't exactly manage this well with their previous shows😆....as far as I know, they didn't take this kind of time in building up the pairs in the previous shows.....those were all flashback stories with the "feelings" already set up....most of the focus was on angst immediately.

This seems to be their first show where they are taking the time to slowly develop every step of the friendship and relationship. And this Sumo-Shravan have to be the most maasoom out of all their pairs😆

I was struck by something as I was making these gifs....not sure if it was intentional from the writers but I remembered that Sumo hates messy things and always wants order in her life, yet somehow Shravan finds a way to draw her into a 'mess' despite all her resistance and aversions....lol.

This puddle splashing seemed to be along the same lines.....she was initially hesitant to enter the puddle cuz the water was muddy but he managed to draw her in to join him. Somehow it feels symbolic of how their relationship is progressing.....she is wary of dealing with a mess....while Shravan is invariably teaching her how to find joy in the mess.

If it is denial from Sumo's side, then I guess we have to wait for Kancha to point it out as usual. In the last scene, the way Sumo was saying that Shravan wants the same thing she does - which is only to be BFFs shows that she is desperate to feel comfortable about the decision she's made.....what's not really acknowledged is the fact that she kinda made the decision on both hers and Shravan's behalf. The way she asked him, "Tum bhi yehi chahte ho na" kinda didn't leave much room for him to say anything else.

If she had given him the acknowledgement that she knew about his feelings, it would have been a more honest handling of the situation. But the fact that Sumo didn't have the courage to accept that shows that she is deliberately trying to twist it all into a "mutual" decision....when it really wasn't.

They need to show why Sumo so desperately craves a BFF....cuz she's hardly been a lonely girl. Yes, she's mentioned she lost touch with friends cuz of the Army transfers as all Army kids do....but for her to suddenly bring it up only for this scene with Shravan doesn't give a full picture. It kind of makes it seem like she was looking for an excuse for why she needs to friend-zone him, and this one worked out.

It was a lovely episode today but I just feel there is room to do better with Sumo's character going forward.

@ bold : I agree but then I think it was shown as a voice-over of Shravan that she does knows about his feelings and worried if he is okay.

@ blue and red : This. Sometimes I feel she doesn't believe in her feelings being carried away. Though the precap might gives us a room about her character. Shravan's confession was needed as she herself gave an advice to him not to be sorry how he feels, especially when he's right. It might actually put on a light that she acknowledge his feelings.

PS : Was she emotional ?

THIS. The real question is whether she meant what all said today. Denial is her general state these days....but even then, they haven't shown her explicitly telling Shravan she doesn't like him that way. It was all very vaguely implied....and mostly focused on implying that Shravan's feelings could mess up the friendship, so he needs to lock it away.

@ Blue : I feel she didn't thought in this way that someone else's feelings could mess up their current equation as she clearly mentioned that she doesn't want them to take decision which could break the friendship since the friendship is very new.

Shravan could have kept his point of view as well though the situation didn't let him but the Precap says a lot that he respects his own feelings that much atleast to say it out loud. To confront it. That his feelings can't be shove away. I feel she will acknowledge that too because she was nodding.
