Episode starts with the hospital scene. Nachiket calls up Vaibhabi and informs about Tejal. Tejal's father, aunt and Vaibhabi comes running to the hospital. There they spot Aniket praying to God. Aniket thanks God for his support. The doctor comes out of Tejal's ward and tells that the poison has been pumped out of Tejal's stomach and she'll be okay soon. Gulabchand asks the doctor if he can meet Tejal but doctor says it'll be better if Aniket meets Tejal because Tejal was chanting Aniket's name in trance. đł Tejal's aunt nods to the doctor and allows Aniket to go inside.
Aniket enters Tejal's ward. Oxygen mask has been put on her and she is still in daze. Aniket sits beside her, holds her hand.
Here in Mazumdar mansion (MM), Sanyukta is very tensed. Nikhilesh tries to calm her down. Foram comes with two garlands. Sanyukta and Nikhilesh exchange garlands, ties the knot with the clothes that Aniket brought for them. Baa tells Nikhilesh that they are celebrating their 35th year of togetherness. Nikhilesh puts Sindoor on Sanyukta's head. Sanyukta misses Aniket despite everything and becomes upset.
In hospital, Aniket talks to unconscious Tejal. He tells her: Tejal I don't like you being so calm and quite. I'm habituated with your pranks and loud voice. I can't bear it. Get well soon. We also have to arrange Nachiket and Vaibhavi's marriage together. (As he tells this, Tejal's hand grips Aniket's hand. Aniket looks with astonishment) Your aunt is planning to make you wear a saree in Vaibhavi's wedding. And she said she'll also circulate your saree clad photo in Ahmedabad. (Tejal open eyes). đ
Tejal tells Aniket how can such a mishap happen!! She'll never wear saree. Both look at each other and laugh. đ
In MM party, Binoy announces that they will sing a special song dedicated to their parents. Shaswat Foram looks surprised but still they perform. While the song goes on, Sanyukta sadly stares at the piano. đ After the song, Menka comes to Sanyukta. Sanyukta tells Menka sorry on behalf of Aniket.
At the hospital, both Anijal continues their romantic eyelock. Suddenly Tejal remembers that Aniket missed his parents anniversary party.
In MM, all the guests are gone. Sanyukta is annoyed. She tells how stupid Aniket can be! Neither he is receiving the call nor he himself is calling. Shaswat tells he'll try calling Aniket. When he calls, Nachiket's father receives the call at the other end. He informs Shaswat that Anijal had spoiled their son's engagement. Shaswat cuts the call and informs everyone about Aniket's activities. All stares at him with disbelief.
Binoy tells that he knows Tejal's home and decides to go there. He was about to start for Tejal's house when Aniket calls him. Binoy tells him to come home soon as all are tensed and worried about him. Aniket tells him not to worry as he'll reach home as soon as possible.
Shaswat tells everybody that Aniket is definitely trapped in a bad company. That's why he changed so much and became very "badmaash" (Shaswat đĄ) Binoy scolds Shaswat, tells him to shut his mouth. Shaswat argues that rather than shutting his mouth, they should open up their eyes, see around and feel the situation.
In hospital, all are flocked at Tejal's ward. Gulabchand is very emotional and crying. Aniket enters the ward and hands over the phone to Nachiket. Tejal looks at Aniket and they keep staring each other. Vaibhavi notices their romantic eyelock and smiles inwardly. She tells everybody that all should leave now as Tejal must be feeling suffocated. Only one person should be allowed in the room right now. Gulabchand tells he'll stay. But vaibhavi's mom tells he should leave as he won't do anything other than sitting and crying. She tells Vaibhavi to stay with Tejal. But Vaibhavi tells she'll go and consult the doctor regarding Tejal's medicine. (mmuuahh vaibhavi.. U gave our Anijal a chance) So Aniket stays in the ward.
Aniket sits beside Tejal. Aniket says Tejal never to repeat what she did today. And lovingly tells her that she is mad. Tejal smiles. She tells that she is not mad but a player. And that Aniket is a commentator. Aniket shocked!! đ˛
Tejal: What do u think I dont know anything?? I heard everything in my dazing state. U were continuously slapping me in the car to keep me awake. Then u came here and fought with the doctors. U said about the stone God and everything. I could make out everything.đł Whenever I was going down in my world of black-out, it was your voice that pulled me out of it. The doctors think it was they who saved my life. I know who saved my life đ( jio Tejal)
Then she tells Aniket to go back to his home as he already may have been late. Aniket agrees and gets up. before moving out of the room he once again looks back at Tejal, and an eyelock again. đł
Outside the ward, Gulabchand thanks Aniket. His sister tells him to be calm. Aniket requests Gulabchand and Vaibhavi's mom to leave their stubbornness and agree to Vaibhabi and Nachiket's alliance. At that moment Nachiket's parents arrive there. They seek sorry to all and tells that they will definitely listen to the wishes of their children from now onwards. Aniket leaves.
At MM, Sushila, Binoy, Foram, all are waiting for Aniket. Its late night. Aniket enters through the entrace. sushila stares at him angrily. (Gosh!! Sushila angry!! for the 1st time) đ Episode ends on Aniket's confused face.
Precap: Foram shouts at Aniket and tells how dare he leave without answering Sushila bhabhi. Aniket looks back at Foram and tells he is going to the person he hurt most.
Sanyukta and Nikhilesh are discussing. Sanyukta tells how many more times she has to understand Aniket? Aniket has greatly disappointed her. Aniket is standing at the door of his parents' room listening to their conversation
