First of all the makers have confirmed shiv possessed vyom so molesting sharanya is shivs doing to discourage her from marrying vyom, shiv tried to kill sharanya by making her jump off the hospital roof in the 2 episode, threw a tree on her in episode 7, tried to cause an accident and threw her in water tank, slapped her in the jungle. I think this is because he was her first husband and he did everything in his power to discourage her from marrying vyom.

Makers said you will see all three leads dewangi in this show. What shiv did is wrong but that's coming from a possible husband not boyfriend. So please don't get side tracked. Also note how sharanyas father lied to her regarding shivs presence in first accident which was later confirmed by a police officer. There's something that all these people are trying to protect sharanya from ( maybe shiv was a stalker but so far that's what the makers showed us shiv ki dewangi ) Maybe she left shiv because pandit said his se mohabbat kareygi sari zindagi usepe khatra hoga. Sounds like khatra is also on vyom. You can't cherry pick, you know possessed vyom tried to kill homswlf and also said Teri Beti ka pehla pati ho mai. He could have helped ram but he didn't. Theres a lot of mystery. We will find out about the story soon. It's definetly getting very intriguing.

We know that vyom looked really shocked from the stabbing and there's only one who held the knife and vowed to kill anyone who came in between them. I'm pretty sure vyom won't be ok knowing vidyut or rajan stabbed him. I bet it was shiv because the makers showed us this through sharanyas and odhni flashbacks.
