Shiv can't hurt Rajan as he is mata rani biggest bhakt but he can use his powers on the victims to save them but he didn't do that. Why? Krishna cottage dekh lo.

Coming to the topic,why was Shiv silent all along?The answer is coz the CVs want him to be.

During the molestation scene on the Haldi day,had Shiv appeared miraculously to save Sharanya from Vyom then everything would have been clear about who is right and who is not.That would have vilified one of the leads beyond redemption.They want to keep the audience confused and maybe reveal at a later stage that Vyom was faking it all and he is the culprit.

Who told Papa Bisht to fix his daughter's marriage without digging info on the guy's family?And he had to remember Mata Rani's idol just a day before the wedding and had to go all alone to retrieve it.If he had done this a few days ago or taken Sharanya to their old home to refresh her memories then yeh naubat naa aati.

Who told Odhni to directly confront Rajan and thus make him aware that they were onto him?

Humans themselves behave like idiots and invite trouble for themselves.But when the time comes sab blame karne lag jaao Bhoot ko.Ghor Kalyug😛

He is not suppose to scare sharanya? a girl who woke up from coma after 2 years is haunted by him. So let's not even go there. Shiv is possessive about sharanya's body & that's what it is.
