True i believe she loved only vyom but I also feel she dated shiv too and in the upcoming episode's she might get flashes of her relationship with shiv which will make her misunderstand vyom

It could be possible that before accident sharanya came to know about any crime of Rajan and she chose to break up with Vyom due to his creepy family which ofcourse Rajan won't allow.

I don't think it will be that simple. They are deliberately making everyone doubt vyom. He is a grey character and he hide Shiv's part in the story but his love and the love he says Shanny had for him is not fake.

My gut feeling also says vyom's love is true. My heart believes vyom. The way he said to his bhabhi only she understands his feelings. His feeling is genuine
