Shiv entering Vyom's body is gonna happen for sure, he's a ghost they love entering other people's body...I just wonder why hasn't Shiv done it yet, maybe he'll enter Vyom's body after SharOm marriage 😛

As afreen said, it's just a a to twist our minds. My gut feeling says Sharanya has always loved Vyom and his confidence can't be a farce. Tonight he was glowing on his own thinking about sharanya, that feeling of being her concern could be his treasure. I wish sharanya wouldn't think about past anymore.
