In reality, I think Nawab may love Shiv. It's sad but true, and in a race between Shranya and Nawab, Nawab may win- Sad but true fact of life.
But with lines such as 'Love Paitent has no Paitence', it is not much to expect creative liberty in aspects such as - Booth Bangla hospitals, 2. ghosts getting delivery men to deliver flowers. Creativity is not found in abundance in this world of television.
Btw, what is the smell of death? Decay? I'm begining to think Mr Ghost is not so creative afterall and perhaps watched one too many Ramsay horror flicks! His tastes in movies and attire must be repaired.
