Some people are sure they where friends and she trusts him , but then we don't treat even friends the way she treats him ... Her reactions shows she didn't even like him , but flash backs show she etheir kind of liked him or pretended to for some reasons ...

Those memories did belong to Vyom , because why would he tell her shiv's memories , what if she remembered but shiv instead ... And we know Vyom wouldn't want that ...

I want to trust Vyom.. his concern for her today was genuine. And if what her parents said was true, and he really did look after her family while she was in coma, then it's difficult to believe that he would have orchestrated her accident ! plus really there was no guarantee that she would wake up.. and wake up with her memory gone! So Vyom really had no reason to 'act nice' with her parents for two years.

My theory is.. Sharanya was probably two timing both Shiv and Vyom. Shiv found out and now his ghost is out to haunt her ! Can't explain how he died though. But I don't get any positive vibes from this ghost .. first he hypnotises her to sleep walk off the roof.. now he's in her nightmares . I doubt that's the best way to express your love for someone !

Even if they show that Vyom is negative, i am sure he still would not try to kill Sharanya, he loves her too much to risk her life and this fact is very obvious.
