My theory is.. Sharanya was probably two timing both Shiv and Vyom. Shiv found out and now his ghost is out to haunt her ! Can't explain how he died though. But I don't get any positive vibes from this ghost .. first he hypnotises her to sleep walk off the roof.. now he's in her nightmares . I doubt that's the best way to express your love for someone !

true coz if 5he ghost can send flowered to vyom now why he was silent for 2 years waiting for sharanya to come back frm coma? &it's quite obvious that he is hypnotizing her&he tried to kill her too by making her sleepwalking I feel sharanya was cheating both boys
