MJ's concern for Radha is purely out of friendship. She lost her dad and she's a victim of rape and so many other things so MJ is trying to make life a little easier and give her some care that she's not had for a while. He hasn't forgotten about Tara in fact even with all that's on his mind, he's noticed her sadness and asked her many times if she's ok. Trust me when I say that MJ is a man of commitment so if he has fallen in love with Tara then even if his mind tells him that he's not right for her then he won't even listen to himself in true Salman Khan style 😉
