IMO, the hair & beard can be sacrificed if someone suits otherwise.Guess, the Cvs had some premonition/ have something cooking to change the looks,when they had Tara say "i'll chop your hair" or Fahim chacha telling MJ to shave. It can be woven around changes in MJ's character.

The long hair that Viraf sported wasnt real...just the beard bit was real...so anyone can don the long tresses...The beard too can be fake.
Look at Vishwajeet who takes off his fake moustache when playing Kala!😉

they can easily do away with the hair and beard with the new lead... by giving the character a new look...😳

I would suggest Harshad chopra & arjun bijlani... but the later seems to have other commitments...
where as avinesh is doing other show on sony... I don't know rest of the people you named...

About roping-in another popular actor as a replacement, this show is just begging and IMO, yet to reach it's peak glory and it's not like the replacement would be getting crappy tracks and illogical leaps at this stage in EBI. Whoever comes in has lot to contribute for the character's growth & story's progression.

I really wish someone goes and sells this show to Mohit and signs him pronto. Viraf has my blessing for his BW and all other dreams .😆

I'm not surprised by this suggestion... when the news of Viraf quitting the show broke... somebody suggested this... 😆 but firstly he is on vacation... bhagwan jaane kab khatam hogi...😆 secondly his body buildup doesn't suit this character... though I'm his fan I won't approve that he indulges himself into this mess...

Apna vote goes to harshad copra, I think he can carry the look of MJ seamlessly, he has got height, can give that wild look and is super talented also.
