Vishal Karwal Since I have started playing Krishna, I had to tone down my six packs because everybody on the sets would look at them. Now, I've a flat stomach and the six-packs aren't as clear as they used to be. But it's a matter of time and I can get them back anytime. I try and eat every two hours. I usually have boiled eggs for breakfast or fruits. Lunch is the only proper meal I have throughout the day. For dinner, nothing is fixed. I usually workout in the mornings and I go to gym almost every day. I avoid eating junk and fatty foods as I am not into weight lifting or body-building. I just do the normal workout at gym to keep myself toned. In a scale from 1 to 10, I would rate my body 7 at the moment. | |||
