@hanishank, how cm the saying...
the reason i heard n knew z, bcz except KV's, d stateboard school doesnt teach hindi... i think Mr.karunanidhi banned it, he also nevr uses hording, shop names in english only, it has to include Tamil...so he z d main reason... compared Andhra and karnataka, wer u can see all most 80% they can speak hindi, and understand...

nw most of chennites are watching hindi channels than their regional one's, and thanks to software, more are from north, so friends, and in pubs, auto's, weddings u can listen few hindi songs ...bt compared to others, low only...

lol...i nevr can explain wat i want properly...need para graphs...

hope someday i vl bcm short and straight vth my words...
