I'm seriously frustrated with Star Plus. Ever since they have launched their useless hot star app, I can't help but cry 😭

Star Plus, if you have a little mercy for viewers like me who have 2G internet connection, then please atleast allow us to download the episodes from your application. I can't watch any episode using your app, as buffering takes me ages with my slow internet connection. I want to download the episodes and watch them offline. What's the harm when you used to upload videos on Youtube? You'll dint earn enough money from those videos that now you want to torture us with this Hotstar website and app? 🤢

If you only care for viewers with 3G internet and not about 2G internet viewers, then I don't want to say anything but just get lost. 😡😆

unfortunate i must say...actually my uncle also faced it .. in there locality no one use broadband of other companies other than bsnl and bsnl are robber .. so he applied for other companies and they said.. he has to give full expense for bringing the connection and settling it in poles..
