Arjun cares for Radhika more than he realizes and it's the little things he does that shows us that.
He doesn't have to say "I care about you" directly, his actions speak volumes!
He is falling for her and we can see that in yesterday's episode :
The fact that he ran to the kitchen when he heard a noise to make sure Radhika was okay shows that he does in some level care for her. 😳
He made a sandwich and passed it on to her without her asking to do so because he knew she was hungry.
He couldn't stop thinking about what she said because whatever she says affects him in some way.
He had a freaking dream about her!! (that was such a cute and funny scene "Kahin bhi aa jati hai" 😆)
Especially before the marriage, how he was so mesmerized when she danced, seeing her cry affected him a lot, he wanted her to be happy, he SAVED the day by stopping Saral and Radhika from getting married, he beat up Saral.
One of my favorites was that scene where he drove the car to Radhika's house in the middle of the night. ❤️
Also, when Radhika's saree caught on fire and hearing her gasp was enough for him to run back and save her. He could've just left her there in agony especially because she was such a threat to his plan but he STILL chose to save her. "Pagal ho kya? Marna chahthi ho tum?"
The list goes on and on 😆
No matter how much he claims to hate her, his actions show otherwise. These little things are enough for us to know what's really up 😉
