This is my one shot of the famous or in-famous love confession of NeSam that we never got to see. Taking a cue from the snapshots Jaya Misra had posted of the final episodes. Kindly bear with me, I am not that good a writer.
Neil remembers Sam's words about ending their friendship, he is heartbroken. With tears in his eyes, he flings his backpack over his shoulders ready to leave, leave her and just go far far away. wiping his tears, determined to leave , he opens the door with force but to his shock, there stands Samaira, his everything, breathing heavily as if she has run hard. For a moment, he just wanted to drop his bag and take her in his arms but came out of his thoughts when he heard Sam ask
kahaan ja rahe ho?
not willing to answer her and words spoken the previous day haunting him, he walks past her down the stairs.
Neil kahaan ja rahe ho, main puch rahi hoon na?
He stops, pauses to think whether to answer or not but replies all hot and bothered
Tumhe kya haq hai mujhse yeh sawaal puchne ka and continues walking
it's quiet with the breeze gently blowing. its as if only two people are there in the entire world at that moment.
Sam standing near the door is hurt by his question but ignoring that continues quietly
Mein kal Arjun se mili aur use batha diya...
Neil couldn't bear to hear anymore, he just raised his hand for her to stop and continued to take a few more steps forward and then he heard her again...
maine use batha diya ki mera sacha pyar mil gaya hai aur woh koi aur hai...woh nahi...
Neil gripped his bag hard, closed his eyes, he couldn't believe what he was hearing , he slowly opened his eyes hoping it wasn't all a dream and turned around. There she was, the love of his love, all flustered and tensed looking at him , waiting for him to say something ...anything..
He slowly walked towards her and watched her getting more nervous. This was making him more confident and sure of her feelings for him now, he knew this was it..
I am so happy for you Sammy. tumhe tumhara sacha pyar mil gaya, kaun hai woh, kya main usse jaantha hoon?
Sam: kya matlab kaun hai woh, tumhi ne tho kaha tha, mujhe accept karna hai ki mujhe...
Neel: maine toh kai saare bathe boli kal raat, kaunsi baat
dekh tuh na mere saath aise khel math, main tujhe achi tarah se jaanthi hoon, tumhe pata hai kis ke baare mein baat kar rahi hoon main
Neil saw Sam getting more and more flustered and he was enjoying seeing her like this, he just shrugged his shoulders with hands in his pockets..showing ignorance
tumne mujhse kaha tha na ki mujhe accept karna hai ki main...ki main tujhse pyar karti hoon...
Neel controlling his smile with a straight face ...
Accha woh, haan but you are late sammy, woh kya hai na, maine sharon se shaadi karne ka faisla le liya hai
Sam was all shocked, and when she saw his smirk got all angry. She caught hold of his collar with both hands
what do you mean faisla le liye, woh ladki tere liye teek nahi hai, jaake usse bol de, ki main tujhse pyar karti hoon aur uss pagli ko uske paagal khaane chod ke aaja...bas
a jolt passed through Neil's heart, he was overjoyed, the love of his life finally saying the words he wanted to hear forever, he looked at her with so much love, he just wanted to capture this moment forever, he wanted the whole world to stop right there in that moment...
tum abhi usko bol do, when she didn't hear any reply, she looked up to see Neil looking at her in a way that made her move back a step or two, she didn't know what it was but her heart was beating like crazy and she just couldn't look at him anymore fearing her heart would just burst, suddenly with a shock she remembered what she confessed...she looked down ..
Neil smiled slowly ...he loved her and loved how she was just standing there looking down...
kya kaha tumne maine teek se suna nahi, sharon se jaake kya bolna hai...
sam looked up to see Neil smiling at her with mischief in his eyes, she knew it ...how dare he, she marched up to him and said
kuch nahi maine kuch nahi bola, main sab waapis leti hoon ...tum na and she raised his hand to push him hard but he caught hold of her hand... everything changed, his eyes were dark and his smile was replaced by something so intense, she couldn't bear the feeling she felt, he slowly brought her wrist closer to his mouth and placed a light kiss on her inner palm intensely looking at her. Her whole body trembled, she was going through a myriad of emotions but the most prominent one was love only love...she had never felt like this before...
he moved closer much more closer, there wasn't much space. They could hear each other's breathing, Neil asked her again..
Neil slowly caressed her face with his fingers and asked her again, kya kaha tha tumne, ek baar bolo na phir se...he looked at her with so much love and intensity, she couldn't hold it back anymore...she looked at him with tears in her eyes
I love you Neil, tumhi ho mera sacha pyar , kya tum mere saath aage chaloge
there were tears in his eyes too but this time it was of joy,
hamesha se tera hi hoon pagli and finally, he leaned in to kiss her softly on the lips, there was so much love and tenderness in the kiss, she wanted the time to stop and not move forward at all...after some time, Neil broke the kiss and gently placed his forehead on hers, she asked
kya hua?
Neil smiled at her and said
kuch der aur hua toh mujhe sher ban na padega iss tigress to kaabu mein laane ke liye...
sam punched him on his shoulder
what rubbish and turned away smiling and shy
neil casually put his arm around her shoulders
saminder singh, chalo jaldi se shaadi ki planning karte hain, mujhe aur wait nahi kiya jaatha...
accha aisa , ok done lets go , mujhe na shaadi ke baad na, ek puppy chahiye ...
and they lived happily ever after...
