LOL seriously we are in the 21st century. Pls move on. Everyone dates everyone on all shows nowadays and they are still pretty tight 🤔 Seen the movie the Family stone? SJP and Claire Danes (SISTERS) both fall for their opposite others even tho they are commited coz at the end of the day it is the connection you share with that person and how well you click. And as they say ALWAYS marry your BEST FRIEND! no one will know or love you more than him or her and Arjun was never Samaira's best friend let alone friend. Those who have a problem with Neil and Sam I really don't know what to say😳

I am waiting for Arjun and Radhika to fall for each other.
How do you know what the TRP audience likes or not? I am a TRP audience and love ArDhika.
A show without twists and turns will never garner TRPs.
Yesterday was the official beginning of ArDhika. And I do believe TRPs will talk soon. 😳

It's not about trp but about original plot..
ArDhika & NeDam was always the main plot of the show & SamArj was sub part of that plot to build up the main story.
Fans complain if show don't go as per original part & when finally it's going as per plot still has complaints..
Now that promo makes a sense..SaRa relationship is bound to test.
That's the twist of a tale 😛

agree with almost everyone here. im pretty sure the story where its going now and ArDhika and NeSam were always part of the plan, it was very obvious from the revenge track especially . that Samarj was a plot device. i agree with leah, like literally a ton of movies and dramas, even hindi films, i usually see this mostly in western types show stuff though are like this they are far more complicated and crazy.

Totally, completely and utterly disagree witht this post. Radhika and Arjun are not being done for TRP's. Infact Arjun and Radhika were planned from the VERY beginning. Samaira and Arjun were nothing more than a plot device to get to main dynamic of the show (other than Sara) which is between Arjun and Radhika. Sam chose well. Trust, respect and togetherness holds more value to her than what she had with Arjun which was nothing more than a farce. Their relationship was doomed from the very beginning and ended as quick as it started. A love that happens that fast is never love at all. Even today it was Radhika who saw Arjun at his most vulnerable and devastating self. There is no further indication needed that the bond they are going to share will be the defining moment on the show. And those who don't like the track coz of sara friendship etc etc it's too bad😆

Radhu seeing arjun like that was...ahhh.My shipper heart went all dhak dhak and I imagined all kind of future scenarios, this time toh rads went away in fear but a time will come when she will not be scared of the monster inside him and try and heal him 😳 I am so cheesy btw!
I generally don't care for symbolizations and signs but I can see the track playing out like this - after sam is destroyed or almost destroyed she will go to neil(like she did yesterday) and rads will have to go back to arjun for sam (like she went back for sam's bag yesterday) and she will finally see/know him completely, his inner demons...but the change will be that then she won't run away.

After seeing some of the comments here I'm really getting confused. I don't know how many of you are watching this serial from the first promo. But I am watching it from the first promo/episode.

In one of the early promos, we saw Neil, Saral, Radhika and Sam( I didn't noticed her there till the friendwala promo). They were saying "Just because a girl goes out with you and you do a lot of things for the girl----doesn't mean the girl loves you and ready to get married to you." Then Neil asks Saral---"Are you two serious about each other/what's your future plan?"-----in a sarcastic manner. Because Saral looked confident about Radhika. Saral replied, "What plan is needed? We will get married etc." Radhika removes his hand from her shoulder and replies, " No. I don't have such plan. I want to be something before getting married."

After that promo I thought the story was about Radhika Misra who would someday turn in to a famous and successful person. Saral is a guy who will do everything to impress her. But most probably Neil would be the one who would get Radhika at the end. Although Sam and Neil looked close. But there was no wo wala thing---------I mean love.


In fact even at present I have doubt whether Sam would except Neil or not. May be she would find some other guy or may be she would deny Neil as he is her best friend. Nothing shocking in that . We today's girls do that too. As you see the example of that promo------"Just Because". Later there's still a chance for Radhika and Neil. If you are talking about first promo.

So far although there was news that Ahem will enter the serial. But the promo never told that Radhika and Arjun would be couple. No idea about if there was any story in other sites or not.

Actually I got it on good authority that Radhika was an afterthought in the show, all Radhika scenes were thrown in this year. DYM was already shot late 2014, edited and waiting for a time slot, original story was triangle between Sam Neil Arjun, originally titled just 'Manmarziyan" it was initially based on the concept of love and hate.

Producer SKT persuaded Kashmira to make the comeback to play the lead; Kashmira relented because the script spoke to her, she is already seen as a girl who lives life on her own terms.

A colleague has stated that the Radhika character was created to depict more reality than fiction, were a girl can be shown not compromising with the concept of marriage, her upbringing will reflect her mannerism. The realistic journey girls today can connect with.

Star Plus understands that they connect on an international platform as well and want to be open to new concepts.

They will not focus on romance but more on the realistic aspects of friendship, that's why they added the Dosti...Yaariyan (twice) before the Manmarzian and changed its spelling...SP decided to focus on the story of these 2 girls rather than the usual romance and show how friends are really the guardians of each other.
