I used to watch this soap with lot of interest but I have come to a grim conclusion now, its absolutely the WORST soap ever!
The creatives seem to take a perverted pleasure in finding inventive ways to make the protagonist, Anu, cry her heart out in every episode. Can you pick one episode where she spends her time without crying or being insulted by someone. No one in this age and time will take such trash treatment from anyone.
Showing weak women, tormented and tortured by other women may be a great way to boost ratings but it sets a very very poor example. Anu seems educated and intelligent, yet she continues to take the humiliation. If she is so unwanted in her family, why not find a job and live alone.
Anu has no girlfriends she can confide in or take advice from, a fact I find very unnatural and contrived. Anu is a great designer but she refuses to explore her talent to kill her loneliness and widowhood. And whats up with Maya, Nani and Ridhima? If they are sooooooooo hateful of Anu, why not just kill that poor darn waif and be done with it once and for all.
Finally, anyone with a soul cant watch this for too long. I absolutely hate the creatives' dumb ideas and storyline. tsk tsk, Anu has used up all the glycerine in the world, crying pails of tears every single freaking episode!
