Week 6th until 10th July 2015.

This week saw pieces of the past falling into their grooves giving the new viewers a picture of the current state of affairs. It takes all kind to make the world, the good, the bad, the ugly, the foolish, the helpless and the gritty.
Shaurya belongs to a household that definitely need to wake up one day and realize big time. His sister has high regards of him, but one fails to understand why she cannot see beyond the games of her grandmom or why Shaurya cannot take her into confidence...maybe all that's in the story that's coming...Ishaani continues to remain blind to her mother's woes...She gets through a job (or was it admission to a course sorry) in Paris as a fashion designer.
Everyone at home is elated and Sr. Sinha decides to throw a party to celebrate...Urmi decides not to attend the party but obliges to some pressure tactics from her father in law. All was well at the party until Urmi decides to congratulate her daughter.
All hell breaks loose and as if in horror movies the happy confident budding fashion designer turns into a witch yelling and screeching at her mother. She tears off the offer letter and decides not to go to Paris...giving up the dream of a lifetime and prey why ? Her mother told the people gathered at the party that she knew her daughter would one day realize her dream, get a chance to go to Paris and make a name of herself. What a stark irony.
And now she wants to get married as her mom somewhere made a mention that it was too early for her to get married...God bless parents who have to go through such ordeals with their children...
Life goes on at Sinha household...with Damini continuing to gloat at her achievement...Cheeku the ever smiling brother turning out to be Shaurya's man Friday. Urmi's brother decides to bring his estranged wife's daughter (funny na) home and that track seems the most irritating of all.
Urmi is caught in between the devil and the deep sea...her patience and resilience wearing down at her daughter's eccentric behaviour ...With matters going bad to worse, every passing day, there seemed no light at the end of the tunnel.
She turns to her son for solace and he gives her the best piece of advice. Play the game Ishaani's way he tells him Mom. Go all out finding a groom for Ishaani and pretend to be happy with the wedding preps...Ishaani might just decide marriage is not for her...after all that would make her mom happy. Urmi does take a little time off her daughter, to meet her son at Awaz and tells him .Do not change for anyone...just be yourself...you are the best
Yesss...resounds the viewers...Shaurya is the best ......
Diya...The fiery gritty reporter of Awaz...earns the wrath of her boss, she refused to publish a faulty piece of news...Awaz's reputation was at stake and that is something she could not compromise. Boss finds the news missing in the papers the next day and blows his top. He finds out, it was his best reporter who goofed up and spares no effort to fire her...so what if she worked overtime to get the proofs...so what if she risked her life to get to the bottom of the whole issue...so what if she loves her job more than anything else in this world (even her fianc)...
Cheeku comes to rescue...shares all that happened with Diya and the story, the recorded conversations and the accident... and Boss decides to get her back at all cost. He calls and tells her to come over to collect the final settlement cheque.
Diya and fiance Karan reach Awaz office only to realize that the cheque was just an excuse...Boss wanted to apologize and ask her to stay back. Fianc was not happy but relents...Diya gets her pound of flesh...Boss was made to apologize in front of the entire staff holding his ears...Poor Shaurya...
They throw a party to celebrate the arrest of the politician (courtesy Diya''s efforts) even the police could not get to crack this ...well well...
Diya turns up at work the next day and does not mince words in stating that Shaurya was becoming a moron, workaholic and an idiot...reason there wasn't a girl in his life...no love ...no fun...Shaurya takes this to heart and wonders whether all that Diya said was true...He confides in his mom who tells him what every son would want to hear from their mothers...
He was the Bestest.
Diya and Karan have their wedding date finalized. Both seem happy and are out for a walk when some goons tease Diya, this riles up Karan and the week ends in a suspense with someone pulling out a knife...
