Kunal was just gold today! He conveyed so much in those few moments. The emotional scars left by his biological father and by the loss of his loving step-father were portrayed so well by him. And the resigned way in which he tells the pandit that he has borne it alone for the past 20 years and he'll continue doing so forever the same way was really heartbreaking

What could have triggered Shaurya's visit ot crematory yesterday?

If Urmi is Shaurya's inspiration then Ishaan was his friend philosopher & guide,

Yesterday a very much disturbed Shaurya was in the place where he had burned Ishan his father,

Now the question is why the hell he was so much disturbed? Why he felt the need to visit that place? why he was missing Ishaan SO MUCH?

I am sure he miss Ishan everyday but he does not visit that place everyday right?

Why he was remembering Ishan as well as Samrat?

Is it because somewhere in his heart he knows Karan is not good for Diya? is it because his heart fears of ANOTHER SAMRAT in the form of KARAN?

Am I the only one who feels that, Karan's presence reminds him of Samrat?

I think the reason for his visit to cremation site for peace yesterday could be because of

1. the reason you mentioned - reminded of Samrat by Karan's reaction and his fear for Diya...I haven't watched the show before leap, so can't say whether it was Karan's Samrat like behaviour...it could be if that's true...He probably doen't want to see Diya turned into another Urmi...and Diya's attitude towards Karan - putting up to all his actions - would only increase his fear...

2. longing for Ishan... things at home were not well the previous day, with Ishani tearing off the letter...he may be feeling helpless...he couldn't make Ishani treat Urmi the right way all these years...probably because he fears he would lose her himself if he reaches the limit...and he's afraid to lose her love for him...so he restricts his reactions so as not to upset his bond with her...maybe he feels if Ishan was there for them, Ishani wouldn't have grown up hating Urmi?

Thanks for the post...It made me think more deeply about the situation...I was so immersed in his acting yesterday that this question completely slipped my mind...

😊all te time i had been wondering though shaurya looks cool and composed felt that there is some hidden feel or shade from kunal karan kapoor"s expression...god yesterdays"s episode confirmed that there is a hidden pain in shaurya...bze of his biological father...so much of turmoil and turbulance he has inside...te emotions were beautifully exhibited...both tht thre is some hidden feel and te feel of te pain ...hats off kunal...👏👍🏼❤️

In yesterday's episode kunal Karan kapoor rocks... His pain, his suffering for last 20 years was heartbreaking... It was painfully beautiful to see him in such situation...

@red - when they were finalizing the wedding date, Karan happened to tell Diya get ready for your Doli to come to my home (or something like that) and Samrat-Urmi was what suddenly came to mind 😳

@blue - yeah that could be the reason. He already knew the hold Damini had on Ishani and being her Daadi she would have more say in her matters, and siding with Urmi would definitely have alienated Shaurya from Ishani (something which Damini desperately wants) so he's left as a helpless spectator while his sister openly displays her hate for their mother.

But it sure is surprising that Ishani loves him genuinely seeing as it was Shaurya's dad who was responsible for her father's death 😕 or maybe she isn't fully aware of all the details, but if that is the case would Damini really withhold this fact from her 🤔?

Maybe that's another reason that Shaurya is so passive where Ishani is concerned. He knows that it was his dad who was responsible for Ishaan's death, so somewhere even he feels guilty for Ishan not being in their lives anymore 🤔
