Episode 71

As the car stopped, Antara's sleep broke and she jerked up from the car seat. "Chalo, nikal pauch gaye hain hum log.." Rehan said and pushed her put of the car. "Kahan lee ke ayein hoo mujhe?!!" Antara asked. "Itna jaan ne ki zarurat nahin hain hain mautarma... humne jitna kahan hain wohi karoo bas.." Rehan gave her another push out of the car. Antara was having difficulty to stand up as her hands were still tied. She felt the instant chill as she moved out. It was still night out there. Antara knew they didnlt came far as she saw the watch in rehan's hand all the way while they left that secret place of Shrinagar. It was quarter past nine and at that moment when he moved out of car it was just 11:30 pm at night. They hardly drive for one and half hour. So they were not so far away from shrinagar.

As she moved out from the car she looked at the surrounding. The place was covered by dark and small hill roads were all empty of people. The place seemed like a vialge area rather than a city. And beyond that she could observe the dark alpine forest surrounding the village and moved up along the mountain ranges. Even in the darkness she didn't failed to recognize the place.

Pahelgaon!!!

The small beautiful village situated at the high altitude of himalay had been there favourite holiday destination always. Antara often visited there with her family. Also she came there so many times with her friends during their school picnic and collage excursion. So she could never get wrong. Rehan pushed her again and she moved forward> she didn't noticed that the mobile phone she was hiding in her salwar fell down. As she moved forward on the grassy more surrounded by rehan and his men, she became sure that she was in pahelgaon. As the cloud moved from the moon., she could see the ice picks glowing and also at some far distance she recognized the river Lidor flowing through the valley and alpine forest. Pahelgaon's beauty was breathtaking in moonlight but she didn't had time to notice those things. They moved inside the dark area of alpine forest. Stepping over the slippery woods and rocks they reached near a wooden cottage.

Rehan again kept antara locked inside the room of that cottage. The room had only one small window. Rehan left locking the door and arranged some of his men at the outside of door and surrounded the cottage with his securities. He ordered all his men to keep eye on antara. Then he moved outside to talk with DM.

As rehan moved out, antara quickly searched her hidden mobile but to her shock it was not there. She became tensed understanding that it might had dropped on the road. she crushed on the floor in disappointment. She didn't had any way to contact Raghu anyhow. Her all hope was getting lost one by one.

At shrinagar near 12 am at night in the room of houseboat,

Raghu was looking tiwrads the empty night sky with saddened eyes. He was feeling helpless and defeated sometimes. He couldn't keep his promise. He couldn't protect his miss kaul from evil eyes. Raghu punched on the wall impatiently. So many hours passed but still not a single news of Antara. It wasgetting tough on his nerves.

"Bappa... Apne baba koo too kabhi dekha hich nahin... apun kii ayi koo bhi tune bachpan mein chin liya... aur itne salon baad jab miss kaul aa ke apun ki zindagi mein fir se roashni le kar aayi tu fir see ussey chin ne pe tula hain... Nahin... abhi apun tere koo aisa nahin karne dega..." Raghu said those words in his mind and his gaze became hard, "chahein kidhar bhi chupa kyun naa hoo antara... apun ussey dhoond hii lega... kuch nahin hone dega ussey..." he mumbled with determination in eyes.

Raghu's men guddu came to meet him inside his hotel room. "Raghubhai!!..." he called and raghu looked towards him. "Haan bol guddu.." he asked. "Bhai!!... uss mobile ka location pata chal gaya... woo phone abb pahelgaon mein hain.." guddu said. "Kya pahelgaon?!!" Raghu asked. The name was familiar to him. Antara told him about that place. She told that the place was truly the heaven on the earth.

"haan raghubhai... pahelgaon... yahan se bas kuchi doori pe hain yee pahari gaon... Bole too kaal subha nikal te hain?!!" guddu asked.

"Kaal subha nahin... abhi ke abhi!!! Ek min bhi time barwad nahin kar sakta apun... sab koo ready hone koo bol.." raghu ordered in his cold voice. gudde nodded and goty out from the room. Raghu moved near his bag and let out his gun from it. He checked the gun and put bullets on the empty magazines. He didn't told antara that he brought that thing with him. She might not like that. But he knew that it might be required. After all they were standing against one of the powerful and clever person of country, Daya Naik!
