Episode 72

She caught her almost chocking breath as she rushed madly through the stony jungle trail between alpine forests. Her brown hazels were full of fear and anticipation as she was frequently looking back to checkout if those demons were following her. Her heart was moving in really fast pace in her cage. Her feet were aching due to the longest and most dangerous chasing game she ever played in her whole life. If she could win over them she would get freedom and if she was caught, the punishment wouldn't be nothing rather than death.

Antara saw that those rehan and his man who were following her like hunters were nowhere to be seen nearby. She guessed that she was able to escape them. the jungle trails and shade of the huge pine trees really helped her to cover herself from her chasers.

Antara's fearful eyes were moving abruptly here and there but she didn't concentrate on her own steps. Suddenly she tripped over a stone and fell badly on her face.

"Oucch!!." A painful scream escaped her lips as she clutched her knees. She slowly lifted her bosy and sat on the grass. She got hurt in her knees and it was bruised a bit. She could see the little red marks of blood peeping through her tore fiber of capri pant.

She held her knees and again looked around. Although those men were not around she knew that they would soon reach there. it was useless to seat there helplessly.

Gritting her teeth and bearing the pain on her bruised knees she somehow stood up supporting a tree trunk. The pain caused a lone tear to escape from her eyes.

"Kahan hoo raghu?!! please jaldi aa jaoo.. main jyada der tak apne aap koo nahin bacha paungi inse." She said in mind and moved in stumbled feet to check at the path behind. She was cheking down the lush jungle trails she left. Somehow she knew that raghu was near to her, but why didn't he reached her yet?!

"nahin... main haar nahin maan sakti... mujhe bachana hoga apne aap koo inn logon se... jabtak woo naa aa jayein. Mujhe uss ke liye apne aap koo bachana parega..kyun kii mujhe chot lage gii too mujhse jyada ussey dard hoga..." antara thought standing steal holding the tree trunk. She just couldn't leave the hope so soon. Her eyes again fell on the jungle trails beneath the slope and she saw some peoples approaching up with quickened steps. Her eyes widened in fear. Even from the far top she could clearly recognize those people who were searching madly for her all over the jungle like hungry wild dogs. She gasped and quickly moved forward with stumbled feet to get away from them and soon her pink dupata got vanished inside the forest trails.

Just after some moment those chasers reached at the spot and looked here and there. "Arey kahan bhag gayi yee larki?!!" one of them asked in frustration striking his head impatiently. All of them were armed with sharp knives, ammunitions and guns. "Arey yahan dekh..." one of their companion looked towards the ground. Following his eyes all of them bend over the ground observing the spot where some little fresh blood strains were attached to the stony ground. they also found some glossy thing around the place. One of them lifted the thing which was none other than a bid, which was used in stitching and embroidery works in dresses. All of their eyes flared with devilish glow as the sensed there prey nearby. "Issi raste see gayi hain woo larki, chalo.." saying the words their leader moved inside the jungle trails followed by some people. some of them stayed there to inform rehan about the whereabouts. Rehan was just about to reach the spot. his companions saw him coming upward on the hill slope with his men.

Back on the cottage,

As raghu peeped inside the cottage window with his alert eyes holding his gun tightly in hand, he seemed a bit confused as the silence inside was not what he expected. he got the news from some local people that some strange looking man was living at the cottage for some earlier days. Raghu described them rehan's feature and other thing and they immediately identified them. he got sure that antara was imprisoned inside the cottage.

Raghu slowly opened the window wide and jumped inside with smooth steps without making a single sound. He covered himself in secured position and looked around. He glanced his narrow eyes and scanned the whole empty dining room. Then he peeped outside and indicated other's to move. His men also moved inside the cottage through different doors and windows silently. They were almost everywhere in the cottage.

"charon taraf fail jaa... agar koi bhi samne ayein too ura dena.. jaise hii miss kal dikhe mere koo khabar karna.." raghu ordered his men in low voice. they nodded silently and spread all over in the room with their measured silent steps. Raghu and his men checked the whole cottage, but surprisingly no one was there. it startled him even more. "Abey, gaye kidhar sab ke sab.. kahin bhag too nahin gaye humare ane ki khabar se.." Raghu said in frustration. Till antara was captured by that rehan he was feeling restless, afraid. He was keeping his firmness intact but no one knew what a storm going inside him. he knew that each and every moment antara was spending in their clutch, her life was literally in stake. He knew that they wouldn't kill her so soon. After all she knew the passwpord of that precious pendrive. But he knew how reckless antara became sometimes. If her yedi brain get activated and she tried to run away, they wouldn't surely leave her soon then.

At the back side of the cottage there was a small room. raghu was nearby that room when he heard the painful groan from inside. raghu opened the door pointing his gun at front. He found a man lying flat on the floor and groaning painfully holding his neck. There was deep cut in his neck from where the blood was oozing. That wounded man's eyes widened in fear as he witnessed raghu but couldn't move from his position due to his condition. Raghu chuckled deadly and move towards him. with his every approaching steps fear get visible in his face and eyes. raghu kept his gun over his temple and asked in his low, dangerous voice. "Tu uss rehan kaa admi hain naa?!" . the man just nodded in yes. "kidhar hain sab ke sab.. aur antara kahan hain?!! wohi larki jisko tum logon nee kaid karke rakha tha?!!" he asked demanding answer. "woo larki bhag gayi... aur sab gaye hain usske piche.. rehan bhai ekdum gusse se laal hoo gaye hain.. nahin chorengey woo uss larki koo aaj..." he said. fear appeared in raghu's tern gaze. it was exact thing he was afraid off. "yedi, apun kee ane tak ruk nahin sakti thi kya?!!" raghu said in mind. "kaise huya yee sab?" he again asked that man. "mujhe uss pe nazar rakhne kee liye kahan gaya tha.. par uss ney mujhpe apni hair clip se achanak waar kar diya.. yahan pee.." he showed him the wound in his neck. He told everything to raghu.

"Woo jungle kaa rasta kahan jaa kee khatam hota hain?!!" he asked with loud frustrated voice. "Snow valley kii west side par.." the man somehow managed to say.

"kitna door hain idhar se?!!" raghu asked again. "Jungle kaa rasta kafi lamba aur utar charao wala hain to ek do ghanta lag jata hain.. par road se gari lee kar jaon too pandra bees min." the man informed. Raghu didn't waited a single moment and rushed outside of the room.
