Chapter 32

The night was going darker. Antara didn't know how many times had been passed since they left them locked inside the room. Maya and jazz were crying nonstop at the corner of room and antara was seating at some distance silently. She don't know whenever danger approached to her she became calm and she didn't know from where she got the capability to keep her brain cool in that situations but anyway thanks to that she was still calm and think properly unlike other two girls. Antara could hear the loud sounds of those boys laugh from the visiting room at other side and also those loud musics. She was feeling disgusted towards them. she was feeling fishy from the time she entered inside the farm house but she didn't know that she would get stuck like that. Antara sighed and looked around. It was useless to seat there folding hands. She had to think how to get out from there. she looked everywhere. There was nothing inside the room rather than an old broken cupboard. Only a single window was on the wall which was closed. If she could open the window they could easily escape. Also it was ground floor. antara pushed the window a bit. but alas it was shut from the outside. That adi planned really well!! She looked at the glasses fixed at the top half of the wooden frames of window. If they could break the glass and somehow managed to open the lock! But how could they avoid those adi and others they would surely come if they heard the noise of glass breaking. She looked at maya and jazz who were still crying. A very insane idea came in her mind. she didn't know that would work or not but she could try at least. "maya!!..." she called slowly. Maya and jazz looked to her with teary eyes. "I am sorry antara. if I didn't insisted to you to come, you wouldn't get into the matter." Maya said in apologetic tone. "it's not time to discuss about these things maya. Listen, I have a plan to get out from here." Antara said. "what?!!" both of the girl spit out in startled voice. "come here!" anatara said. two girks rushed to her. antara told everything to them. "hey antara, do you think it will work?!" maya asked in confusion. "I don't know. But we don't have any other options left." Antara said. "she is right maya! Lets do it!!" jass said. as per the plan they scattered on the room to search for something which could help them to break the glass. Maya found an iron rod whose one side was twisted like question mark. "antara, jazz.." maya rushed towards them and showed the rod. Their eyes brightened. "jass your turn!!" antara said. Jass nodded and went near the door. First of all she locked the door from inside also and then got ready. "just wait and watch you monkeys if I don't make you deaf today.. I will change my name." jass said with an angry voice. "jass hurry up!!" maya said. jass remembered all of the galis she could remembered at that moment and banged on the door with her full speed. "hey you monkey, looseeer, duffer, blahblah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah... open the door you idiot!!!" she said continuously banging the door making huge sound. Whenever jazz was banging on the door, maya was striking on the glass of widow with the rod cautiously. The sound of banging door was covering the sound of breaking glasses. antara was standing at a side closing her eyes and praying to god so that the plan worked. Prateek and anuj became a bit startled after listening to jass's all words and looked towards the closed door. "hey adi. What's going inside?!" I think we should check inside." anuj said. "leave it bro... it was just you know na... screaming and crying are girls' favorite activity. Let them do whatever they want. It would calm down just after some moment." Adi was totally relaxed and sipped the drink. Prateek and manoj looked worriedly towards the door. "hey maya... what's up?!!" jass asked slowly looking towards maya and antara. "just a bit more... you cont,.." maya said. jazz got back to her work and after just some more few strikes the glass was broken. At outside, Prateek suddenly jumped in couch. "hey did you heard the sound of glass breaking?!" he asked in confusion. but the drik had started to get on them. "nothing yaar... it's just the result of drink. Calm down and enjoy." Adi said with a relaxed voice. and on the other hand, maya, antara jazz all jumped as the glass broke apart. Maya got the rod into the broken part and with the twisted edge of rod she also managed to open the lock. They pushed the window and it opened splashing the moist, salty, air of sea side. the air of freedom which washed all over them. maya and jass was about to scream in happiness but antara indicated them to be quite. They were still outside the door. All the girls slowly came down at the lawn avoiding the broken glasses and without wasting a moment they rushed towards the collapsible gate of the farm house. At the outside of the rroom adi, prateek and anuj were all busy with the drink. "hey adi... maza nahi aa raha... don't you think we should get them now?!!" anuj asked with an indicating look towards the closed door. "yes yaar... tab too sarab ka maza aur charega..." adi said with a nasty look. All them forwarded towards the door with nasty smile on their face. adi caught the knock and pushed inside. but it didn't opened. Adi became confused and pushed the door few more times. then he understood the door was closed from inside. "hey adi what happened?!!" prateek asked looking towards his hard face. then suddenly they heard a chaos form outside. Adi and others got startled and rushed towards outside. They saw the security guard near the collapsible gate was lying on the glass holding his head with a painful scream. "ramdin kya huya?!!" adi asked in shock. "sahab.. woo teeno bhag rahe thi... maine rokne ki koushis ki too unhone mere sir pe rod se maar diya aur bhag gaye..." ramdin indicated towards outside. Adi saw at the dark street with wide eyes and saw the three female figures running away. He could clearly detect antara's light yellow duppatta. "eeiii..." He screamed savagely.

Antara, maya and jass was about to leave the farm house when the security guards saw them and blocked their way. Without thinking further maya hit the rod ob security guards head and they all rushed outside. They just went a bit far from the house they heard a savage scream from behind. All of them looked behind and gasped. They saw adi, prateek and anuj were rushing towards them with their savage, disgusting expression. Without wasting a moment they turned back and rushed on the road with their life. they didn't know where were they heading but they just wanted to get away from those savage animals which were about to literally rip them apart. They didn't even call anyone for help cause that area of mud island was out of network coverage area so mobile didn't worked there. They hold their breath and rushed as long as they could. Sometimes they were looking backward to see how far they were from them. Each and every time they were coming closer to her and antara knew that it was almost impossible to get away from them that way. They reached near the place where the road was divided into two ways. All the girls let out a deep breath. "god I couldn't run anymore. My legs were aching." Jass said. "but we can't stay here for long. They are still behind us." Maya said. antara was thinking hard. She looked at the both sides of the road. The lights were coming from the left side. that mean there were localities at that side and might be they could get help. Right side was totally dark. Suddenly they heard the chaos again and looked back. their eyes widened as they saw adi and his two friends at some distance. "god... not again!!..." maya said loudly. "listen maya... You and jass go to this path..." she indicated towards the left side. "I am sure that you would get help there." antara said. "and you?!!" maya asked with fearful eyes. "listen... adi wants me... not you two. And if we comtinued ti run like this they would get us surely. It's better that we get parted." Antara said. "no way antara... we won't leave you here!!" maya said loudly. "maya just think once, if they continues to follow us we could never get help. And I don't want you two ti get into danger for me. Please, go and get help, otherwise we could never escape from those two." Antara said. "no.. antara no..." jass said loudly. antara looked at the right side pitch dark road and then she looked back towards adi and other's disgusting face. Her face hardened. "please!! We don't have other option antara said to maya and jazz. Both of them sighed and rushed towards the left side path. Antara rushed towards right side. "adi!! They parted.." prateek said. "leave maya and jass... follow antara.. I know she is behind everything... I won't leave that girl today..." adi growled and took the right side path. Maya and jass were rushing on the left side path. "maya u noticed, antara took the path... I just remembered it leads to..." jass gasped. "I know!! That's why we have to found help quickly." Maya said in fearful voice and rushed madly dragging jass along with her. after some moment when they reached at the high road a bright spotlight blurred their eyes. they covered their face and after some moment when they removed the hand from their eyes they saw two jeeps in front of them standing. Maya's eyes widened in anticipation.

"S**a ye bhoja kya kar raha tha bey...andheri jate time apun ne kaha tha ki ussey misscall pe nazar rakhne ka... andha ho gaya tha kya?" raghu impatiently stroke the steering wheel of jeep while driving on the road towards mud island. "arey woo bhoja ke biwi ka phone ayaaa... toi uske sath movie dekhne chala gaya..."machmach said. "S**a..." raghu said in frustration caressing his hairs. "bhai aap tension na lo... uss bhoja ko too apun log sidha kar dengey..." pakiya said from back seat. Pakiya, chotu was also in raghu and machmach's jeep and they all were armed. At their behind there were also another jeep where four other men were coming. All of them were from raghu's gang. Pakiya continued, "kahena too naii chahiye bhai.. par itne raat ko mud ka area bahut dangerous hain... kahi pe kuch bhi ho sakta hain... gyara baj gaye hain abtoo mud mein..." as pakiya were saying those words machmach saw how raghu's jaw was getting hard time by time. "abey chup bey... " machmach said loudly to stop pakiya's blabber. "dimag mein too ratti bhar ka akal naii hain.. idhar apun log tension mein mare ja rahe hain aura b humara khopri aur mat paka yaar..." he said loudly making pakiya shut and looked back to raghu's hard face. he saw the clear glint of worry in his eyes. "bhai tu fikar mat kar!! kukkan ne apne admion ko laga diya hain...yeri ka pata chal jayega..." MM said in assuring voice. raaghu sighed and drove his car on the road which lead them to mud. Just after a minute, raghu parked their car near a house where kukkan was waitig for them with his men. Kukkan rushed to the jeep. "raghubhai pata lag gaya uss mittal ke farm house ka.. bas kuchi door pe hain... aap kahe too abhi chalte hain..." kukkan said. "sabash.. chal apun ko rasta dikha..." raghu said and kukkan jumped inside the jeep. His men also followed them in their respective vehicles. "bhai apun apne admion ko laga diya hain pure area mein.. agar kuch bhi pata chala to usi wakt khabar de dengey.. apun sab ko bata diya uss larki ke barein mein jiske barein mein aap ne kahan..." kukkan informed. "kuch pata chala bey?!!" raghu asked worriedly. "naii bhai, filhaal to kuch pata naii chala.." kukkan said. raghu's worry rose. Was she all right?! Where was she?!! He just hoped that he could find her in mittal's farm house. Kukkan's mobile rang. "haan bol..." kukkan said receiving the phone. "kya kahe rahi hain vey?!!... acha ruk.." kukkan said and moved towards raghu... "bhai kya naam kaha tha aap ne uss larki ka?! Antara na??!!" he asked. "haan wohich.." MM answered instead of raghu as raghu was busy in driving and his alerted hard eyes were fixed on the road. "bhai lagta hain uss ka pata chal gaya?!!" kukkan said. raghu's heart jumped inside his chest. what?! They had found her?! "kidhar hain woo..." raghu asked in anticipating voice. "aap do min chalo aap ko khud pata chal jayega.." kukkan said. after just one or two munite they found a crowd in the road. They saw two jeeps standing at the side of road. They saw some men circling around something at another side of road. "bhai ye sab merte admi hain... aap idhar thora rukiye..." kukkan said. raghu parked the jeep looking at the crowd at side. was she there?!! he looked at the crowd with expectant eyes. All of them got out from jeep. Raghu moved towards the crowd keeping his expectant eyes to the crowd and moved in quick pace. As he reached at the center he again felt the bitter disappointment spread in his heart. There were two girls who were seating holding each other and looking towards them with wide fearful eyes. none of them was antara. kukkan, machmach and others also came there. "kukkan bhai.. yahich woo dono larki hain.. udhar se bhag kea a rahi thi aur humare jeep ke saam ne par gayi.." a man from kukkan's gang said. raghu frowned looking towards those girls. He saw them somewhere. "kya kahe rahi thi ye dono?! Kidhar se bhag ke ayi?!" kukkan asked his men. "usi taraf se.." a man indicated at front, "aur ye bhi kahe rahi thi ki inn dono ke sath ek aur larki bhi hain... jo ki bahut bari musibat mein hain... aur kya naam kaha tha usne... woo..." The man scratched his head. Raghu was still observing those girls. Suddenly with a flash, he remembered. Maya, Antara's friend. He didn't recognized them first as antara didn't mix with that group much. She mostly stayed with shivani. "haan hum yahin too kahe rahe hain inse kab se..." maya suddenly said loudly towards them. "humari friend... ANTARA!!! bahut baru musibat mein hain.. please uski help ki jiye nahi too adi aur baki ke log ussey pata nahi kya kar dengey..." she said in single breath. ground slipped from raghu's feet as she said those words he rushed madly near maya and bend on his feat. "kya huya antara ko?!!" he asked with so much fear and anticipation in his eyes almost holding his breath. "woo bahut bari musibat mein hain...!! ussne humein zabardasti yahan bhej diya aur khud musbat ko apne gale laga liya..." maya said with sad face. "abey huya kya hain ye to bata..." raghu asked impatiently. Maya took a deep breath and said everything in a nutshell. How antara understood adi's plan and how adi locked them in farmhouse. How with antara's cleverness and sense they managed to escape, then how adi and others followed them. "phir hum yahan aa gaye..." Maya said gulping a breath. "aur antara?!! eoo kidhar hain??!!" raghu felt his heart had stopped breathing as maya narrated the story to them. His whole corpse was burning in rage, in anger towards that worthless adi. If adi was on front of him at that moment he would surely kill him on the spot. but the worry for antara was killing him also. He couldn't think properly until he couldn't get any answer of her location. "antara dock area ke taraf bhag ke gayi thi... adi, prateek. Anuj sab uske piche hain..." maya said crying. Raghu's heart again jumped to his throat. Dock area??!! "bhai dock area?!! S**a udhar to iss time mein sare ke sare luchhar sarabi logo ka theka hain!!" machmach said worriedly looking towards raghu's face. raghu was froze at the spot for almost one second. Then suddenly his face hardened and an undefeatable determination spread in his orbs. He quickly jumped up from the ground and looked towards others. "machmach, kukkan apne admion ko le ke pura dock area gher lene ka... Ek bhi luchar naii bachna chahiye... sab ko idhar pakar ke lane ka... aur haan agar woo adi beura aur uska woo popat chamache kahoi pe bhi dikhe too unka aisa bharta bana na ki..." he said in his dominant voice. "okk bhai!!..." mm and kukkan nodded in agreement. Again all of them jumped inside the jeep. Kukkan told his three men to take maya and jass to a safe place and also joined them. raghu moved the jeep towards the dock area with full speed. He wouldn't let anything happen to her. not again!! she had suffered so much for him and he wouldn't let her suffer anyhow. Wherever was she, he would find her and take her safely to the home. With the strong determination flashing in his eyes he moved his jeep towards the dark road of dock area.

The darkness was surrounding her from all over. Even a single ray of hope was not visible in the darkness. Not a single sign of life, not a single tress of any sound, it seemed like the all light of this beautiful world had got vanished into infinite black. Antara thought all those while she rushed more inside the dark path. She wanted to go away from those loathsome who were chasing her like hell but where was she heading too? Towards more darkness, where no one could ever found her! those three evils in form of human were chasing her and leading her towards the pitch black darkness of hell. She didn't know where to go, how to escape from the hands of evil. Tears were continuously streaming down from her swollen face while she rushed madly through the road. Did she take wrong steps?! Should she go along with maya and jass?! The questions arose in her mind but it was worthless to think about that at that moment and she knew that. Suddenly a fresh air touched her face and she heard the sound of see waves. She understood that she was near the sea. That sound seemed like the ray of hope in that darkness. At that moment, just like the blessing of god, the moon came out from the behind of clouds and antara saw the long stretched sea beach just at the side of the path. She had reached near a sea shore. The bright moonlight cleared her eye sight. At the other side of road she saw a small slam area. some little jhopris got into her notice. That must be fisherman's colony. She was thinking if she could go there and ask for help. But after all the thing happened from the evening she didn't have courage to ask help from anyone. And all the housse were dark. It seemed like no one lived there. That must be an abandoned basti. Suddenly she heard heavy footstep approaching from the back and she understood who were they actually! Without wasting a moment she rushed inside the slam area and hide herself behind a cottage. She looked at the road at front and adi, prateek and anuj come at the road and stood there confusingly looking here and there. "hey where did she vanished?!!" prateek asked in confusion. "she must be somewhere near.. lets search for her." adi said. they went further on the road. Antara was looking towards them from the behind of cottage with fearfull eyes holding her breath. As they went further antara breathed heavily. At last she could get away from them. she looked around. Where was she?!! In which unknown corner of this huge world?! Could she ever be able to get out from the pitch black darkness which had covered her life? She remembered her momma's smiling face, her little house in Kashmir, her cute naughtiness with ishan and noor appa. Would she ever be able to see them again?! antara crushed on the sand covered ground closing her eyes. Her face was swollen due to heavy tears welding up nonstop from her eyes. was there any end of the problems and miseries of her life?! she sobbed silently. Again a huge buzz came into her ear and she gasped. She peeped from the behind of cottage and her eyes widened in fear. she saw four to five peoples at the road and all of them were having bottles in their hand. From there stumbled voice, loud savage scream, there stumbled and mostly their abusive language clearly detected that they all were drunk. Antara almost covered her mouth to cover the scream coming out from her mouth. she looked at the drunk dancing shadows making chaos at just some distance. She felt like she was somehow experiencing the hell in her lifetime.

Raghu stopped her jeep as the condition of road became bad. "Raghubhai iss sey agey gari naii ja sakta.. paydal jana parega..." kukkan said. "hmm..." raghu said and ordered all of them to go down. All of his men came down from the jeep and to his order scattered around the place. Only machmach and kukkan was with him. "raghubhai agar larki issi taraf ayi hain to woo zarror issi taraf gayi hogi ek hi rasta hain idhar... aur ye rasta beach pe ja ke khatam hoti hain..." kukkan informed. "chal.." raghu loaded his gun and put it into his pocket and moved forward. The moonlight was showing them way. after some moment they saw three fig coming from the other side of road. Raghu, MM and kukkan became alert. After they came a bit closer raghu and machmach identified them clearly. "abey ye too wohi adi hain..." MM said with a gasp. adi, prateek and anuj didn't saw them as all of their eyes were moving here and there. they were scratching their head in confusion. "hey where is she?!!" prateek asked again. "how do I know?!!"adi asked. "kyun bhai... hum kuch madad kar de..." adi suddenly felt a huge weight in his shoulder. he moved back and his eyes widened as his eyes found the dangerous coal black eyes looking back to him. that glare was enough to make adi numb. He gulped a breath badly.

The drunkards just created chaos and moved away from the place. Antara didn't know how she was holding herself all the time. As they moved further she couldn't controle herself and broke out in crying hugging her knees. She couldn't tolerate anymore. She wanted to go back to her momma, to her shrinagar. She couldn't live at that city. it was like a demon, ready to engulf at any moment. Please show her some way, a single ray of hope that could get her out from the place. She swore if she could get out from the place she would surely go back to Kashmir. There was no way left for her. it was the only place where she could find the peace of mind. she closed her eyes and suddenly that coal black intense gaze flashed in her mind. antara jerked and shot her eyes open. Why was he thinking about him at that moment?! She remembered that he told her whenever she would be in danger he would always found him with her. Would he come to save her?!! huh!! After doing all those things to him, almost rejecting his hearty urge to her she was still hoping him to come for her?! no way! she would never come she knew that. She was sobbing loudly as she couldn't control herself anymore. Her sobs spread at the air and collided with the sound of sea waves. She buried her face in tiredness and her chest became wet due to the drops coming down badly through her chicks. for some moment she became almost numb and senseless. So she couldn't detect what was going at her surroundings. She didn't observe the dark fig on the road coming towards the direction. The fig stood still at the road as his sharp hearing ability didn't missed the sound of low sobs. He moved his eyes everywhere trying to detect from where the sound was coming from. After some moment he moved towards the cottage at front.

Antara gasped as he heard a heavy footstep near her. Who was there?!! Adi? Someone from those drunkards!!? Several bad thought came in her mind making her almost numb that she didn't even gathered the courage to look up and see the face of the man whi was standing at her side. Was that her end?! Was her life was going to spoil like that forever? She sensed the man seat at her side and his warm long breath blew away her hairs. Antara became frozen for a while. She knew that breath very well! She felt her heart suddenly jumped in some unknown excitement as she felt him near her. But how?!! How could he be there?!! Was he really there or it was just her imagination?! Slowly, with very cautious but amused eyes she lifted her face and looked at side. Her innocent hazel met his dark intense gaze looking back to her with so much unspoken words, affection and a deep undefined feeling which she never understood. Raghu!!! The name flashed in her mind like a lifeline. A huge wave mixed with several emotions hit her badly. Pain, shock, amusement, longing, helplessness, affection, intensity, each and every emotion flashed in her eyes making her blood rush in her veins violently. He came there for her!!! antara felt like each and everything which was wrong became right as soon as she found her there. His presence at his side gave her most secure feeling which he ever had. She looked at his face in moonlight. It seemed ages that she didn't get to c those intense eyes glare on her making her heart flutter, giving shiver in her spines. She was feeling like throwing her arms around his neck and give him a tight embrace. She hugged her knees tightly to resist the urge. Although she was happy to c him but she was also a bit upset on him. At last he came!! After breaking her all mask of fake anger, crushing her every pride on the ground, making her burn in her own feeling. Was it his way to teach her a lesson?!! Her silent hazel questioned him.

Raghu was looking back to her swollen face and teary eyes gleaming in moonlight. Yet she was sad she looked divine. His heart ached badly seeing her in that state. he never wanted that. If he knew for once that distancing himself from her would lead her to that kind of result then he would never do that. The flow of emotion in antara's innocent hazel made him almost dumb. After a moment he saw the clear glint of sadness and mourns in her eyes. Her whole feature was shaking and she was tightly holding her knees as if she was resisting herself from doing something which she badly wanted. Raghu looked at her silently for some moment. Then he quietly stretched his hand towards her gesturing her to take that. Antara looked at his hand with bemused eyes for a while. Then she looked away shutting her eyes tightly. He understood that antara was upset towards her for what he did to her. He didn't say a single word and remained at his same posture. He would seat there holding his hand to her till she accept that. For that if he had to wait for whole night or may be for eternity he would. After a long pause antara looked back to him and got startle seeing him at same position. She saw the silent plead in his eyes. his eyes did something to her and she hesitantly moved her shaky palms towards him. with so much effort and might be after a long try she slowly slide her tender fingers slightly on his rough hand. At that moment she found her soft palms got imprisoned in his strong unbreakable hold tightly which made her breath almost hitch. Her innocent hazel looked at his deep eyes dark with emotions. She was losing herself, drowning in those black pools. Raghu got up pulling antara along with him very gentle. His eyes never left her causing her to attach her hazels to him like a magnet pulling a powerless metal with it's full power. Antara's feet stumbled a bit as she stood up. The way he was looking at her, savoring each and every part of her face with his hungry intent eyes, made her shiver, made her nerve froze. For a very long pause they continued to look into each other's silent eyes holding their hand, standing under bright moonlight. The moist, salty airs of sea shore blew their hairs. After a long pause raghu dragged her gently along with her towards the road. Unable to resist him antara followed his lead keeping her silent, dumb amused gaze towards him.

Precap: "S**a akha life mein sab ko s humesha maut di hain.. par paheli baar kisi ko zindagi dena chaha... apun to humesha logo ko asoon deta hain... par tujhe rota huya dekta hoon to tera asoon poch ne ka man kiya... par tu hain ki na apna bhala karne deti hain, na apna asoon pochne deti hain... kyun apun ko pass naii ane deti... KYUN MERE KO TERE SE PYAR KARNE NAHIN DETI?!!" his broken stumbled voice hit the wall badly, breaking all the boundaries at last. She remained there, frozen, numb by the huge wave of emotion hitting her, shaking her, removing each and every black curtains from her heart.

ps: so guyzz after scratching and typing from evening i finished this long stupid insane update at last. don't know what and how i have writtn. seriously my brain is not working now😕... hope you can bare this one for now on... 🤢
