raghu came back in his room..
he slapped his head and cursed himself.. "what the hell is wrong with me.. why did i ask her such questions.. what she would be thinking...damn u idiot.."
he heard her footsteps and immediately slipped in his duvet..
she came in the room and saw him sleeping...
she placed the gift box in her closet, switched off the lights and slipped on her side of bed...

Raghu was having his breakfast.. antara came and sat beside him on a chair..
suniye..
hmmm..?
can i go for my home for a few days..?
my home.. isn't it her home..? he thought..
he looked at her.. what happened?? he asked..
nothing.. m just missing my parents..
okay.. he nodded.. when do u wanna go..
this evening...
okay.. i'll drop you..
its okay.. i'll go..
you sure..?

Raghu was in his office.. it was 5 in the evening.. his phone buzzed..
he looked at the screen.. it was his wife's message..
he checked it immediately..
"m leaving for home.. you must be busy in office.. so i din't call.."
he replied her immediately..
ok.. let me know one u reach home..
he was about to send it.. but then he added "take care.." in the text..
he looked at the screen..
and immediately erased "take care".. and sent it to her..
he came back home in late in evening.. he was hungry so went into the kitchen.. his dinner was prepared..
he had some food but he was not feeling good..
since he got married..from the very first day of his marriage only antara used to serve him his food..
he put his plate back in the kitchen came into his room.. he opened the door and a cold breeze touched his face..
he looked at the bed and remembered his wedding night..
i am missing her??. he asked himself..
he kept staring on her side of bed..
he walked towards and bed and sat there..
he remembered when he came inside that night and saw her sitting all cuddled, shivering and waiting for him..
he touched the bed sheet.. and picked her duvet and brought it near to his face..
he smelled her fragrance in that sheet...
why do i hurt her so much... i don't want to.. but i still do that...
raghu was lost in his thought when his phone rang..
it was antara..
he immediately picked her call..
hello.. he said..
raghu beta.. its me.. antara's mom..
namamstey mumma..
namastey beta.. khush raho..
i told antara to call u.. bt she was feeling shy..
shy?? she is not shy of me.. bt scared..raghu thought..

raghu closed her eyes hearing that...

a smile appeared on her lips hearing that from him..
ji.. tomorrow evening..

n then once again there was a pause..
neither they said anything nor they cut the call..
suno..suniye.. they both said at the same time..

he cut the call..and switched off the light..
then he came back to his side of bed.. and slipped in the duvet..
he tried but he couldn't sleep..
he brushed his hairs with his fingers and kept turning side lamp on n off again n again..
n now he was lost in some thoughts..

as soon as he entered in the room.. she got trembled..
and that he knew bcz of that sound of her bangles..
he slowly pulled his sherwani dupatta from one side...and removed it..
he kept it on the couch.. and walked towards his closet..
her heart was beating fast...
raghu took his track suit and went in the bathroom..
she was sitting on the bed.. feeling a bit hurt.. she was expecting him to come and sit beside her..
but she waited for him..
he came out after 15 minutes.. and took a deep breath seeing her sitting in the same position..
he looked here and there and tried to find words to talk to her..
he took a deep breath and called her..
"suno..."
she looked towards him.. bt her face was covered in the veil..
"u also change ur dress.. u must be tired by now..."
she couldn't understand him for once...
uth kr change kar lo.. he said again..
n she realized that she heard him correct...
ji..she said.. n got up from bed with a heavy heart..
she sat in front of the mirror..and removed her jewelry..
and saw him thourgh mirror..he was making coffee for himself..
and then she was caught when he looked at her..
she lowered her gaze..a smile appeared on her lips..
bt she noticed something diff in his eyes...
once she removed all her ornaments..she got up and opened a small bag and took out her night gown..
she went in to the bathroom..and came after 10 minutes after getting fresh..
she was lost in thoughts.. it's an arrange marriage.. we din't talk much before our wedding..
he is very calm and looks very serious in his personality...
may be he is trying to make me comfortable..
thinking all that she came in the room..
she saw him standing near the balcony and looking outside..
she walked towards bed very slowly.. and stood beside it..
she kept staring at him and smiled at her self..
she touched the flower threads.. and roamed her fingers on roses...
he turned hearing sound of her bangles... she felt goosebumps as their eyes met..
she immediately lowered her gaze and turned...
he started walking towards her.. and hearing his footsteps approaching towards herself, her breathing was getting hard..
moments passed bt when she din't feel his touch.. she turned.. and saw him standing a foot away from her..
i need to talk to you.. he said in a firm voice..
ji.. she nodded...
he indicated her to sit and she sat on the bed..
he sat there too..
i dunno how should i say this..but i don't have any other option..
is everything okay..? she asked in concern...
raghu rubbed his forehead in tension...
and got up from the bed..
i know u must be having loads of things in ur heart for this night...bt i want u to understand one thing..
her brows frown.. he turned and looked at her..
i never wanted to do this marriage... n i wanted to tell u this on the very first day we met..
bt mom din't let me.. she wanted me to marry you...
app kya bol rahe hai...?. she asked...
that i din't want to marry you...
tears rolled on her cheeks..do u love someone else.?? she asked in a heavy voice...
raghu din't reply..
answer me... she said in trembling voice..
raghu felt that she was hurt...
if u want u can leave me...
i'll take all blame... i don't want u stay here as i can't give u anything.. n u won't get anything from this marriage..
u think this is all joke.. we got married today n u just want me to leave..
do u even know its our wedding night..
i know and that's why i am telling u...
and because today mom will not come to stop you from telling this so called truth...
raghu lowered his head in embarassement...

what would i say to my parents..
did u even realize before doing this to me..
what kind of person u are.. she blasted on him...

antara sat on the bed with a thud.. she remembered her parents..and with how many difficulties they could manage this marriage.. they were left with no penny..she remembered her younger sister and what about her marriage.. her family's self respect..she felt shattered in a moment.. if he will leave her..she will have no place to go.. what will she tell to her parents... in this society no one blames husbands but women.. her life will be ruined...
i won't ask you for anything.. she said in very soft but trembling voice..
a lone tear escaped from her eyes..
raghu looked at her in surprise..
plz.. let me stay here..i will never come in ur path.. will never ask you anything..unless u allow me..
it's not right..
let me decide this.. u hv already deny me.. now its my wish what i want to do...

raghu tried to leave from there..bt antara stopped him..

he switched off his side lamp and pretended to sleep..
antara switched her side lamp and went into the bathroom..
she closed the door from inside and leaned on it..
she sat on the floor and cried hard..
she covered her mouth with her hands...
an hour passed.. she was still in the bathroom..
raghu turned on his bed.. and he touched right side of bed..
she wasn't there..
he got up.. room's lights were off..
he got tensed.. he looked in the balcony.. but she wasn't there..
he then came towards bathroom.. and saw it was locked..
he knocked it..
and she got scared.. she got up immediately.. raghu heard some sounds and he sensed that she was sitting here on the floor..
he knocked again...
she rushed towards wash basin and washed her face
raghu knocked once again.."antara..?? open the door.."
ji..
she walked towards the door and composed herself..
she moved the knob of door from inside..
but she din't open it properly.. but due to some light inside the bathroom.. raghu saw her face..
her eyes were all red.. and swelled.. she was looking pale.. looked like she cried a lot..
raghu pushed the door immediately... and entered in the bathroom..
he switched on the light..
ANTARA.. WHAT THE HELL IS THIS??!!! he shouted and turned to her..
but there was no one..
bathroom was as it was few hours back..
raghu called her name again and came out of the room..
he turned on the lamp of room..but there was no decoration..no flowers..nothing.. everything was where she placed before she left to her parents home..
he came back to his trance and closed his eyes in pain..
he sat back on the bed.. and remembered those teary eyes.. he saw that night...
he got up and checked the time.. it was 6 in morning..
he couldn't sleep again.. so he got ready..
and after having his breakfast he left for antara's parents house..
