LOVE this post!
yes there was some awesome symbolism in the episode hinting what may happen in future. the broken tea cups, the way how antara and raghu gave it back to Satya. they both were on fire! i just love how they stood with each other holding hands facing the evil bulldozer (satya). even that was not capable of going through it indicating no matter how hard he try to bulldoze his way through them, it will always be them who will win at the end.

Very well put, R and A were destined to be together, also I think it symbolises no marriage or death is going to change that, marriage being that of Satya/antara, death being that of Antara's dad. there will be rough periods in their relationship as it happens in any relationship but these 2 will drift back together like boats looking for the harbour.
While I feel a bit sorry for Rukhsana, because she is going to get her hopes up, I am not worried one bit because Raghu will always love A above everyone else. She has become his lifeline and Rukhsana is going to be the casualty of the love story of the R and A love story.

@ Ankusanu, @nichuss
Symbolism was put in there, definitely due to the current storyline and spoilers I believe. I felt some of them worked and some of them didn't.

Both Antara and Raghu mentioned destiny in different dialogues, Raghu also saying Antara is not an item. I felt this was their way of saying no matter what we want, fate will play out as it was meant to be.

I especially loved Raghu Satya convo with the gun in Raghu's hand, that was very portent. We are all feeing upset for Raghu, knowing he will lose Antu's love and will have to work at it again...but here in his words with Satya it was like he was saying by his own action he is giving it to Satya...I can't remember the exact words now but please go and see this part again, you'll realise what I mean.

I also think we should take heart from it as well. It definitely is saying that love is something strong and mystical, ordinary people do not have the right to control it. What is meant to be will happen...sometimes in roundabout way, and not the straight path we expected.

Hi CC,😊

I would hope Rukhsana is not a casualty. We can't help who we fall in love with but the definition will be in how we then behave. She, so far, has been decent and in fact a good friend to Rantara. I would hope she will continue to be like that in the future but imagine the guy you love now looks like he is available, what would you do? try your best to see if perhaps you can help his pain and be there for him so maybe he will see you now? I think she will do this but Raghu will just consider her a friend.

I do have some sympathy for Rukhsana. Raghu is one in a million and if we all met someone like that we will fall just a bit in love with them as well.

Well said, Rantara relationship will have a rough patch, no getting away from it. It's only natural as well, she had just found out he helped kill her dad, unintentionally but nevertheless. It's truly a case of 'kill the messanger' situation here.

Hi Delena,

Oh yes, Raghu and Antara holding hands is another symbol, that together they can face all trouble and evil.👏

Loved that part as well, Rantara being openly loving with one another...Satya's eyes nearly popped out!😆😆

There was also another thing, Raghu's knowledge that he was not DM's son, no matter the title. It has always been obvious that he feel's like more of a soldier than a son and yesterday's episode made that very clear. In the first bit, he was helpless...people begging and he could not do anything...then his words to Satya...and now today I'm sure DM is going to say her favourite words that Raghu is her son but we all know she doesn't think of him like that!😡

Hey DG,

yes very true, Raghu have always been the perfect son for DM because he value the love and care she shower over him. even if it is for her own selfish agenda, she do give him love. and since Raghu was so young when his mom died, he craved for a mothers hand over his head and DM gave it to him. he will be forever grateful for fulfilling that part of his life. it will come to a shock to him when he see the true face of his 'mom' after all he did for her, she is going to repay him with the fiercest blow. i bet he will be more heartbroken when the truth of DM comes out than losing Antara. cuz antara will come back once she realize that he was just a pawn, but Raghu will lose his mom forever.

Hi Miss Bennet😊 (which are you then - Jane, Elizabeth or Lydia?😉😆)

Yes I would say go and watch them. They aren't very coherent nor smooth but gives you a picture of things to come.

And of course has some Rantara sweet moments, always worth watching!

Did any one else pick up on the fat that Raghu called Antu's mama - Mama?😃
Yesterday he was saying Govindji and now today Mama but no one looked shocked or even surprised...so another casualty of the editing table.😛

But I felt it was important. He had whole heartedly accepted her and her family (we knew that anyway, from day one he was more interested in them than in his work for the Basti!😆)...and again it was like that he and Antu did not care how people perceive their relationship. Once more this suggest that whatever happens from now on, it will be Antara and Raghu making the decisions.

I am relieved about it, if someone was to step up and put pressure I would find it unbelievable. The story so far we had seen was that Antara was responsible for herself and her family, any decision she makes is by her own...

Delena,

Raghu may have been the perfect son but look at his body language and action. He was a soldier and he knew it. He just happened to call his commander 'Maiy' and that was it. I always wondered why he was like that, the way he would bend down on one knee to touch her feet - it was the posture of a lowly being taking benediction from his master. Then it occurred to me its because he considers her as such.

There is a lot of subtext in his relationship with DM. She professes to love him as her son but we all know that is not true. Somewhere in his heart of hearts, Raghu knows it as well. He is always stiff and formal around her, in front of Satya he is the second one in her eyes even if her mouth said it otherwise.

But yes when he knows the truth it will hurt him nevertheless...she is the only thing he had to a mother and he accepts it the way it is so it will be a heavy blow to find out she had always used him, considers him to be nothing more than a hired muscle......he will wonder, did she never once love him?...and that will hurt the most.
