Chapter 2:Way through the fire lines

Vishal came towards her and said, "it's good that I met you on the way. Otherwise it would be so problematic to find your house in this big metro city. So how's going?" he asked politely.antara gave a sad smile, "just going on'."she replied. "I know it's a very tough time for you and your family. Antara I have some important issues to talk about ashok's death, but not hear. Can you come to my living place? And sakhsi will be so happy after meeting her didi." He suggested. "papa's death'."antara got numbed. "I know, it's too horrible for you for remind those moments. But please antara. I need some information which was related to his death. Pls come." Vishal suggested. "ok.."antara got inside the car.

"ei mach mach mili ki nahi wo?"a frustrated raghu asked towards mach mach. "nahi bhai'.".mach mach said with sad low tone. "nahi matlab?" raghu became frustrated. His eyes again caught that intense fire. "bhai subah se dhund rahi hoon aaspaas sabhi jagah chan liya par kisi ne antara ko nahi dekha. Mano jaise hawa mein gayab ho gayi ho. Us chai wale chacha ne kaha tha subah yahan se nikal kar bhagti huyi basti se bahar chali gayi'bahut ro rahi thi'" he said in a grieve voice. Raghu's frustration increased another doze. He ran his fingers through his hairs restlessly. "aap ko antara pe aise chilla ne kaa nahi tha bhai'uski galti nahi thi... pisal gayi thi wo,aur uske hath se pani gir gaya.par ajji sahi thi'.ajji ko bas kuch chite pare the..jab ki pura ka pura garam pani ka gamla antara ke hath pe gira tha' pata nahi kis halat mein hogi'." Mach mach was again interrupted by raghu's frustrated voice,"arey mujhe kya pata tha mach mach. Jab chachi ne aa kar ajji ke bare mein kaha'.sunke dimag satak gaya'tujhe to pata hain'gusse mein kuch dikhayi dita mujhe'"he punched the pillar of the balcony. It hurt like hell but he didn't care at all. "kaun rasika chichi?..."mach mach asked in a doubt full tone. "haan wohi'..ek hi piece chachi hain mera.." raghu said in disgust. Her seductive look always pissed him off. "par bhai,rasika to waha ass pass kahi thi hi nahi'pure scene mein uski koi entry hi nahi huyi thi..to use ajji ke bare mein kaise pata?" mach mach said in a confused tone. As soon as raghu heared that his eyes wided and he quickly turned towards mach mach. "kya kahe raha hain tu be'chachi sachmein nahi thi waha?" he asked in frustrated voice. "ha bhai barabar'"mach mach confirmed. Suddenly something kicked on his mind and raghu rushed towards chacha's room like a storm. "arey bhai ruko to'." Mach mach followed him.

Vishal uncle brought antara to the banglow they were living. Vishal uncle's wife sadhna auntie and their 12 year's old girl sakhsi were so happy to c antara after a long time. Vishal uncle was antara's papa's friend from his school days. Both of the family were quite known to each other. After vishal uncle moved to delhi for his work they didn't meet for so long. But still they always kept touch with each other. "how are you dr?.." sadhna asked antara with concerned face. "fine aunty." Antara said with a small smile. The sadness was clear in her dark brown orbs. "it's getting harder for you now. Right?" again she asked cautiously. Antara just shied. "sorry if it bothers you so much'" sadhna said. "it's ok aunty'" antara assured. "antara didi'" sakhsi ran towards her. Antara quickly shoved away the tears. "hello my princess, how are you'"antara leaned and gave a sweet little pick on sakhsi's round chicks. "I am good antara di. How are you? You know I have made lots of new drawings for you.just wait I am getting them." Sakhsi said in enthusiasm. "sakhsi, can we leave your antara di for a moment. I need to talk to her. after that you can show your drawings to antara di with all your time'" vishal uncle said towards sakhsi with a loving voice. "ok'" sakhsi said. "come with me beta'" sadhna took away sakhsi along with her to another room. Both antara and vishal sat on the couch of living room. "so antara, how is going now?" vishal asked. "uncle pls forgive me'but I am not'I just mean, papa's death will always be a horrible part of my memory. So can we get over that part yet'" antara asked politely, though her voice was shaking. Vishal looked at her with concerned look. She looked like a normal girl at outside but sometimes she was so strong. "ok antara. Pls don't hesitate to tell if it bother's you. I just want to know that you have any slight idea that why those terrorists killed your papa? Do you know anything?" he asked. Antara stood still for a moment. Again that boom and his father's burned feature ran through her mind. It took a huge time to compose her words. "no uncle. Sorry to say but I don't know why the heck those terrorists choose my papa to be their victim. He was not even any special VIP whose death could create a havoc'.." antara again stooped for a while. No one could detect that what emotional turmoil she was going through. Yet she was seating their all calm and quite and discussing about her father's death. "honestly papa was all far away from those things. Those political chaos was never our cup of tea. We were all happy in our small world. But suddenly'." Her voice chocked and she stooped at that moment. She clenched her fists to controle her tears. "I know antara. I knew ashok from his school days. He always liked to stay away from chaos. But he was never afraid to raise voice against wrong. So may be that's the reason of his brutal end." Vishal said in unconscious voice. "what reason?" antara jerked up suddenly. "oh nothing'" vishal composed his voice again. "what do you know about papa's death? Pls uncle tell me!" antara urged with a desperate face. "sorry antara but as you know it's a confidential matter'" he explained. But antara was desperate. "pls uncle, you have my words. I won't reveal a single word to anyone. Not even my family. But if I won't know this matter it will bug me eternally." Antara said in a pleading tone. Vishal thought for a moment. He knew antara very well and if she was telling that she won't utter a single word then she wouldn't do it ever. "ok, but pls antara let it be between us only." Vishal said. "you can trust me'" she just said simply. "your father was a very good friend of mine. So in my req the intelligence bureau officer's took interest to know about ashok's murder. Also it was connected with the terrorists activity in Kashmir so we couldn't ignore the matter. We were collecting informations from various sources. Before coming to Mumbai, I visited Kashmir and your father's dispensary. His assistance informed us about a matter that we didn't knew before. he told us that before the day he passed away, two people came to his dispensary with very bad injuries. Dr kaul came to knew that they were terrorists. They treated them no doubt but as well he called the forces and caught them red handed." Vishal informed. Antara's feature shook heavily and she couldn't hold her tears anymore. The droplets ran down her chicks and she sat their all silent with empty eyes. "hold yourself antara.." vishal said in a low voice looking at her condition. "sorry!!" antara brushed away her tears quickly. "letter we confirmed from the kashmir's military force and security agents that the assistant was saying right. Might be they killed your father for pay back. Those two peoples whom your father got arrested were the member of a very strong and dangerous terrorist organization of Kashmir for which we were looking for years. We thought these two peoples would help us to find them. But as usual, they were too stubborn give any single info. We tried each and every possible way. But all in vain. They were still out of reach." Vishal uncle admitted. "is it that impossible to catch them?" antara asked suddenly. He shied. "I won't say impossible but yes something near to that. Cause first of all we don't have any single info about those organization. We don't know where is their hidden head quarter in Kashmir. But they knew each and everything about us. But one of the most wanted of them, might be one of the head of the head of them was seen in shrinagar now a days. But each and every time he slipped out of our hand. We were planning to send a person as our secret agent in shrinagar. But no one was still sapable of the mission. Cause we want to get inide that organization somehow and our agent will do that. But we were in loss again cause as they came to knew about all of us. So we are searching for someone whom they couldn't recognize, whom they couldn't doubt, some one new from ours whose face was not still known and who knew Kashmir area quite well'" vishal was cont saying those words and antara was listening silently. "but no one from our new officers were standing out for the missions. As you can sea it's very risky and each and every time your life is at stake. And besides we can't send any random person cause a single mistake can ruin everything. After a very hard examination we got two peoples for the work but when they came to know about the mission. They refused immeadiately. Cause they think they were still not prepared for such missions. They lack confidence. How much we offer them but still they were not ready'." Vishal took a deep breath. "vishal uncle'" suddenly antara said from other side. "if I go their to collect info about them'"she said. "WHAT??" vishal's eyes wided and he snapped back to antara.
