Are you interested to watch War 2 in cinemas?10 days to go!
Raghu burst through the creaky brown doors and looked around the whole room for Antara but all he saw was shadows of boxes in the darkness of the room. There was no evidence of a girl that had been brought there against her will but Raghu felt like it wouldn't do any harm to look around. He felt around on the wall for a light and when he found one, flicked it upwards.
'Antara!' He shouted 'Antara are you in here?' As he cautiously stepped around the boxes he saw a tall wooden shelf that seemed to be moving slightly as if about to tip over. Raghu was becoming increasingly anxious about Antara's welfare but managed to somehow keep himself calm for her sake. He was going to kill Shetty and his boys when he finally found them.
The light was still very dim but he thought he saw a shadow behind the shelf so he slowly turned to look behind, keeping one hand on the gun in the back of jeans. When he turned the corner and immediately saw Antara tied up on a chair along with five other guys, he was surprised. Not because of the five guys no. But for the first time ever he saw a pleading look on Antara's face. And that was enough to piss him off.
They attacked seconds after he saw them, a big man with a slightly twisted nose came first and tried to throw a punch his way while the others tried to hold him down, but for Raghu physical violence was second nature and so his knuckles connected to faces without him even realising until there were cracking of bones. The man fell to the ground but not before receiving another kick to the stomach. While the others tried to grab hold of him Raghu moved forward only to turn around and knock two heads together and push them onto the forth guy. He ran over to Antara to remove the white cloth around her mouth but seconds later wished he hadn't. Because she decided that this was a good time to discuss what the hell was going on.
'You idiot, what took you so long?' The look in Antara's eyes was so deadly that if her eyes were lasers, Raghu would be ashes on the floor right then.
'Oh sorry, I didn't realise you had left clues!' He replied sarcastically. 'You were kidnapped. Without any indication of where you were, I found you, you should count yourself lucky.'Raghu took a breath but was immediately attacked by a fifth man, because of whom he fell down backward onto the floor. Using his arms to shield himself from a box the man threw he got up and held onto the man's head to knee him in the groin.
'Are you kidding me? I should count myself lucky that I was kidnapped? It was because of you that I was kidnapped in the first place!' It turned out she was pretty good at the sarcasm too. 'At least open me now!' She jerked her head towards her hands and legs which were still tied up to the chair.
'Sure...Let... Me...Just...' Raghu had turned to another guy that had stood up and had a gun pointed to Raghu's head while Raghu tried to get close enough to disarm him.
'Do you even know how worried my family are right now?' Antara was looking at Raghu as he fought with the men but it was mostly a blur of movement. It had only been a day but she really missed her family. She worried about Ishaan and her mother's health constantly throughout these 24 hours. 'This is all your fault.' Her voice came out quiet and broken.
Raghu grabbed the gun from the top and kicked the guy to his knees then elbowed him on his back so he was on the floor crying in pain, he replied to Antara's words. 'You will never admit to your mistakes will you? If you had let me drop you to work, all this would not have happened. But no, you enjoy disagreeing with me too much to actually listen to me for once in a while.'
Raghu walked back over to Antara where he set the gun down and started to untie her hands and legs. As Antara watched him she couldn't help but feel gratitude although there was no way she would actually tell him that. When her wrists were finally free of ropes she used one hand to smooth out where the ropes had left burns. She wanted a long hug, strong enough to hold her as she fell apart, obviously not from Raghu, she would never want to seem helpless in front of him.
'Well excuse me but I can get somewhere without needing your help. I just hadn't been expecting to be kidnapped.' She looked at him meaningfully as she said the last few words.
'Trust me, if I had expected this to happen there is no way I would have let you go!' He had finished untying her and now had her face in the palms of his hands as he looked in her eyes. His words reverberated around the room an unusual connection growing between them. Antara knew it was true. He would never let her be harmed, even if he had to risk his own life.
All a once gun shots were fired and darkness surrounded her eyes. When Antara slowly opened her eyes and took her hands off of her ears, the whole room was completely silent. But in Antara's heart she felt a storm brewing.
She looked around to see Raghu on the floor bleeding. 'RAGHU!' She heard herself scream as she dropped to the floor and looked at Raghu's lifeless face. The narrow wound seeping with blood in his forehead told her all she needed to know. Yet again Antara had lost someone close to her to death.
Tears dropped onto her face freely before she could even process what had just happened How could this have happened? There was still so much to say, so many fights to be had. She desperately wished she could rewind time or... or something! To spend a little more time with him. To say thanks. To have known how much he meant to her while he was still alive. But she would carry those words with her along with a heavy heart forever.

Would love to read your OS...I read your previous one too, but due to time constraints I wasn't able to reply...I'm very apprehensive when it comes to reading FFs and OSs, because although I'm not a writer by any stretch of the imagination, I'm very critical when it comes to anything I read, and that includes established authors!😕...but you have a way with words that pull your reader into the story and makes them live the moment with your characters...
Anyway please do post your OS, it would give me something to do in this otherwise long and boring weekend!😆...
