HOW CAN SHE BE ROMANTIC IN SUCH SCENES WHEN SHE IS SICK AND TIRED AND JUST EXHAUSTED OF FACING RAGHU AND HIS WRATH WHEN SHE JUST LOST HER JOB? FROM the PREVIOUS IRRATIONAL , hot headed anger from her side in their previous conversations to the sudden coldness and aloofness in her while talking to him was shown very well , cause she does not have it in her to have baseless fights with him anymore , especially when she feels incompetent after losing her job . I think she is perfect as Antara and she is doing a good job.

did u notice she was good in that shetty garage epi...other than her voice problem...i think her feeling unwell was one of the reasons ...but cant think abt other actress playing antara...i am totally used to nikita as antara...and her eyelock scenes with ayaz rocks...romantic scenes she is the best...but rona dhona not much

Lol i am not that technical about her performance though but i like that she doesnt make those weird face and loud expressions like usual tele actors do

I agree with u...i like her...but acting m wo thodi peeche rhi jate h...u r r8t us scene ko dekhkar mujhko bhi yhi feel ho rha tha...i feel ki bas dialog bol rhi h feel nhi kar rhi..but i m sure wo improve kar layge...

nikita has improved sooo much in her acting and her expressions
jut watch tge show from beginning then you will realize it
i like er the way she is

she is improving...but offcourse nothing to beat Ayaz...but I loved the way she told her dialogues yest...it was like Raghu would go and hug her :)...but we all know our Raghu very well...dono bhaav khaaye aur ek doosre se jagda kiye bina nahin reh sakte

I have to agree with you, Nikita's acting s*cks!😵

Sorry, I just tell what I see, I don't make comprimises.

Acting is not only saying dialogues, acting is working with your whole body.

Ok so... it's her character, maybe she is sick, but c'mon, from episode 1 her facial expressions and body language didn't convince me with the dialogues she delivers, there is no mimicry (eyebrows, nose, mouth) and no body language (head, shoulders, hands, legs)

Most of the time she looks like a corpse to me, saying dialogues.

She is too focussed on what the director says "look angry, look sad, look happy, do this, do that", I feel there is nothing from her side.

I'm sorry, I don't think she can act at all!

But I can't imagine her being replaced, because she looks good with Raghu, so ... hamein bardaasht karna parega!

Yup, even I noticed that yesterday, that scene was a little weird. 😕 But I think she will improve.
However, I don't mind that much cause I really like their chemistry and I'm enjoying watching them every day

yeah I too think the same...she is new na...may be wth time she will improve...it happens with most of them..

I guess she does that angry stuff much better...other emotions I think she fails to convey...anyways I totally like raghu and the story so far...

rantara are gr8 I can ignore that part

Its the character Anatara ...Anatara is so young so at times when she is depress she cries like a baby only and i love her like that only ...her innocence :) so naive she is :) [/QUOTE

actually i feel exactly the same ...it is the innocense that makes her lik that ...antara is fighting wth her fear now that she wd not be able to bear the expenses of the treatment of her mother...n each time Raghu's words r lik coming true to her ...she is facing the reality of this harsh world the first time n she is not at all that much matured ...so crying lik a baby is not a fault of her ...she is still a baby girl of her father ...
