Raghu is not dayamaai's own son, he is like her adopted son, her own son is in US.

But she raised raghu as her own son, so only even though he is good at heart he is loyal to her & considers her as his own mother... and looks after her dandha...

they said that themselves during the launch...dayamaai said that apunka beta america mein hain aur ye raghu apunke godh mein pala bada hain...
