I don't know why cvs show Jass like this, but I think that they want him to look dumb , and follows his wife only. For this he has less dialogues, coz to speak you have to think. And Jass isn't that thinking type.

so I think finally they want to make him into a ve character...understanding Mahima's lust for property...so now he is not shown taking any evil decisions by his own..

But I agree with u renu, he gets very few dialogues. N there were a few episodes wer he wasn't shown at all... poor jazz...
