All ladies in Raghu's home are applying mehndi on each other's palms.. Babyji is excited and says she too wants to apply.. Bela taunts her and says that this festival is for women who pray for long life of their husbands.. for you this marriage itself is fake.. mom scolds her and says that KC festival and applying mehndi are two diff things.. anyone can apply mehndi.. mom tells Shivani to sit down and she herself will apply for Shivani.. Shivani happy.. neighbouring ladies come into the house ... one of them says this girl is so lucky to have such a nice MIL.. who is applying mehndi so lovingly for her DIL.. (True).. another lady says that its Shivani's first KC.. asks R's mom whether she has made any spl preparations and whether she needs any help from them.. mom perturbed.. Bela answers the ladies rudely and says that they themselves are capable of doing the preparations and no need for the ladies' help.. she tells them to go home and do their own preparations.. ladies annoyed and leave.. Maya tells S that now you can see how difficult it is to stop ppl from commenting.. S looks perturbed and says never mind, I don't want to apply the mehndi.. but mom consoles her and says don't worry .. just apply the mehndi, you don't need to keep any fast..

In Haveli, Jas looks angry, says why this Abhi keeps troubling us every now and then.. M says don't worry.. I have called him here.. lets see what's his game..its not necessary that whatever he is claiming is true.. just then Abhi appears at the door.. he greets them with a big smile.. surprised to see J n M's rich clothes... he says Namaste to Rana's photo and says sarcastically, after you have gone, these two have changed a lot.. M says how can we believe what u say.. Abhi shows the Will photocopy and tells J n M that this Will says that all the property is given to R and S.. both of you have got nothing... if I show this to R and S what will be your fate.. M asks Abhi what exactly he wants and where's the original Will... Abhi says don't think I am a fool like Dr. Parimal.. I'm not going to go around the city with the original Will.. Jas asks him what he wants.. Abhi replies that he wants 50 percent share of the entire property.. M yells at him and says he's lost his mind.. Abhi warns and says even 50 percent is more than enough for the two of you, if R and S come to know of this Will, you both will be on the streets.. also I can prove that you made a fake Will of Rana's property.. both of you will go to jail.. M is annoyed that we agree to your terms.. she tells Abhi to call Golcha.. all of us will share in the Resort deal.. she asks Abhi to give the photocopy of the Will... Abhi refuses and says let the deal get signed , then I will hand over the original Will to you.. Abhi goes to his car and put the photocopy in the envelope.. he notices its empty and original Will is not inside.. he searches the car frantically ... then remembers that the left the original back in the photocopy shop..

Back in R's house, S hands are full of mehndi.. mom says it looks very nice.. tells her, no need to keep fast.. Bela asks her mom, all the mohalla ladies will ask you whether your DIL kept the fast or not.. then what will u reply.. Maya too says that this is S's first KC after marriage.. Raghu has arrived back home and listening to all this.. Ginni says what will happen if Babyji keeps fast for one day... R is angry and says why u ppl discussing all this festival, fasting, DIL, etc.. mom tells him don't worry.. no need for S to keep the fast, I will make some excuse in front of the ladies..

S tries to lighten the atmosphere.. gets up and shows R her mehndi and asks him how it is.. he says its good.. S pleased.. just then Baburam returns home and hands Raghu the envelope.. he informs R that it contains his van insurance papers and asks R to check them carefully..

Abhi reaches the photocopy shop and asks the man regarding his original papers.. the man denies and says that he does not have any originals.. Abhi yells at him and asks him to search.. Jas calls Abhi and tells him to come with the original as they are ready to sign the deal... Abhi shocked, but says that he will come there soon.. just then another customer comes to shop and berates the shopkeeper, says he gave him someone else's copy papers.. Abhi stunned to hear this .. he remembers that Baburam was at the shop at the same time as him.. and also that the shopkeeper had folded Baburam's documents and put them into a brown envelope..

Ginni and Maya are discussing Zee Tv's new shows.. both agree they will def watch them.. Baburam scolds them and tells them to go to sleep..

In R's room, R is checking the insurance papers given by Baburam (Will is below ).. just as he was about to see the Will papers, S comes into the room and calls out to him.. asks him to put lemon sugar water from the bowl onto her mehndi... says it will make the colour stronger.. R perturbed at her behavior..

S informs him that before coming to this village, I had thought that I had experienced every happiness in life.. but now I see that I was wrong.. the ppl here take pleasure in every little thing and celebrate each festival with such joy, faith and reverence... R does not reply..

R puts the papers back into the envelope and opens the cupboard.. he is perturbed to see S's wedding gift inside... and looks at Babyji sadly.. . he places the envelope below it..

R starts applying the lemon sugar water on S's palms.. both keep glancing at each other.. S looks happy while R looks perturbed...

Precap : Mom and S sitting in R's room.. R brings a tray of food and tells S to have her breakfast.. she refuses, R puzzled.. mom explains that S is fasting for KC.. R stunned...
