Questin about the will..Plz I need the answer!

I have a question which needs an answer. I trust you friends to explain this to me. 😳

Why didn't Balwant devide the welth between Jass and Shivani? 😲 I mean before he descovers that Jass and Mahima are 🤬 .

Jass is a man , he is the elder brother , he is married ,he had to be the one who gets that wealth, or a share of it. 🤢

I know some families don't want their probberties to be devided, but why should Balwant give his wealth to a stranger ( I mean Shivani's husband ) instead of his grand son? 😲

I guess this will made Jass hate his sister. Balwant shouldn't do this from the biggining , Or did I misunderstand , or miss some thing?

Hello awida...daaju dint divide the property between his grand children because he already lost hope on jass.jass has already lost so much of money by taking part in gambling or something like that so he already had his share..coming to property being named for shivanis husband is like he always loved shivani to the core and he dint bear shivani refusing to marry abhi who he had so much trust on..so may be in that illusion that shivani should marry abhi he has named the property on shivanis husband.but i think it was the wrong decision made by daaju..

Now I understood. I guess I wasn't reading WUs carefully , or I missed some of them . So I didn't know Jass was a bad guy from the biggining. 😳

Jass cheated on mahima and raghoo and has snatched the property..Hope mahima and jass learn a lesson...

From the beginning Jas is a big wastrel.. gambling away all his fortune.. thats why Rana first wrote the will in favour of Abhimanyu and wanted S to marry him..

oh...in 1 episode...Dajju clear that Jazz has taken his share of property from Dajju's & lost it in gambling...so the remaining property is now Shivani's share...& Dajju knows that Shivani is so naive,,innocent thats why after he come to know the truth abt Abhi...& knows why Raghu did all that...he trust him more...& he choose him as Shivani's Husband...but he don't want to force it on shivani..so he put that 3 month Sharat of living with Raghu...if Shivani doesn't want to live with Raghu after 3 months too than she can seperate from him...but property will be transferred to Raghu's name...as Dajju knows that Raghu will take care of property & shivani both...but actually he wants that they both live together forever...

but due to heart attack he didn;t hv the time to share his wish with Shivani...who is under impression that Dajju didn't like her step to wed with Raghu which cause him that heart attack...& he dies...(Jazz-mahima made her believe that so she wil nt claim the property)
