Well I know this cooking fiasco is really making everyone irritated well that includes me too. If it was not for Kanha I was almost dead seeing HG ladies gossip and doing taunts on Sandhya. But suddenly something stuck me. Sandhya our super woman who loves to take challenges, have command over it completely and goes around completing things successfully has learned one thing in this whole fiasco. A understanding that you cannot do everything on your own. Sometimes in certain situations you have to accept help and appreciate genuienly the people who have helped you.
Just like Bhabo Sandhya also have this I am right always attitude though in a different way. Its like if I cannot do something or someone is raising fingers at me or my sanskaars I will take actions myself to correct it. No help needed. I am the best decision maker of my destiny. It was this attitude that changed slightly yesterday.
Just take a flashback and compare yesterday's Sandhya. Sandhya who told Sooraj this was my exam I dont want to win it by cheating when he helped her with halwa. Even after he helped her with DBC she didnt say a " Thank you". It was after her brother asked her to say thank you she sent that tiffin box to him. Even then thank you was not said, it remained implied. How much ever Sooraj had wanted to understand her, help her she didnt open up to him completely. For Bhabo's EAs and ADs she took the decision of sacrifice without even once discussing her feelings with him. She never directly asked him any help, Sooraj understood and helped her.
But yesterday when she saw the rotis in the bag Kanha bought her expression was that of relief. The look she first gave Sooraj and then to Meena/Emily was one of big greatfulness. Then when Daisa asked her to bring more rotis she waited for that help acknowledging that yes to complete this task successfully she needed that help and she was willing to accept it.
Yes Sandhya when you are going to embark in a career it is important you understand the importance of team work. In every area you cannot take charge. So it is important to understand the strengths of your team members and based on the task in hand allow the person who have the strength in that area to take charge. It is good for the team as a whole. It doesnt matter if you have to listen to someone your junior or someone who is not smart as you at times. It is not failure, It is not cheating. In the end more than the victory of individaul, the vicotry of team matters.
Just like yesterday by accepting graciously Meena's and Emily's help you ensured your family is not bowed down in front of some gossiping ladies

It is not about helping Ayisha. You also have to learn to accept the help graciously. That is an art in itself. A heartfelt Thank you goes a long way in establishing trust between relationships. Only when you learn to acknowledge the importance of other person in your life and value it you grow up as a person. Else Sandhya will remain like Bhabo eternally who have never once thanked anyone for the contribution or sacrifices they are making for family. It was all I run this family.

Agree with you..When sandy saw the Bajra rotis...I thought she would not serve them...but was surprised at her response. To me that was not cheating...it was teamwork ( even Kanha was a part of team) to face challenges...( although this time the challenge was more stupid and unwanted)...after all life is not living alone...we all live in a family , society...and need each other...to make our life easy and beautiful.

nice one Shruthi
I too was tensed whether she is going
to spoil the team work by spilling out the truth
in front of Daisa
But she was relieved and thankful
for the help
Good of Meena's idea😊

Believe me you achieve more when you are working as a team than working alone. In a team you have to do a lot of give and takes. But the satisfaction you get when your team succeeds is much greater than when you win something individually.
One of the biggest things IT industry taught me was the importance of team work and the ability to say not only " Thank you" but also to accept the " Thank you" given by others graciously.

Sooraj from day one used Thank you aur Shukriya for anything Sandhya did. So it was very heart warming to hear her saying " Thank you " to him when he bought that portrait of her parents to her and then again acknowledging Meena/ Emily's work. We take help as when we need it. But only when we say " Thank you" with a smile we acknowledge that we value the help provided.
