And to answer your question: yes, he was going to inform Bhabho (it was shown in last episode). Although, I was also confused why he would do that and how he was so unconcerned about Bhabho's potential rejection. But then again, I don't think he realized the extent to which Bhabho opposed Sandhya's admission, since he was conveniently kept out of the loop by Bhabho.
