SurYa's Relationship?

Many at times I have said some of the most beautiful things there is possible for SurYa ... and I am sure there are people out there who can vouch it!!

But the charm in SurYa's relationship seems to be wearing off slowly? At least I feel so!

According to the CVs the idea of being "truthful" to each other in SurYa's relationship is as long as I am not lying to you ... HELLO I am being "truthful". Its fine if someone else starts off making an assumption paving way for lies ... I as in SurYa will play along ... in future if there is a chance of correction ... I might correct it ... however I don't mind letting sleeping dogs lie ... no big deal. And here I (as in TnJ/ TJ 😆) thought with this new found relationship may lay beautiful strong foundation carpets of truth for everyone to see ... but but but!!

Which takes me back to when Sandhya got married to Suraj each of them had a bag full of lies on their shoulders ... they were unaware as others stuffed their bags with those lies ... with a lot of burden and some maturity both held on!

Time played its part and gradually unknotted "some" of lies ... but every knot seemed to be unfolded with an involvement of a third person !!

One fine day out of the blue Suraj by chance figures out Sandhya doesn't know the ABCs of cooking! Did Sandhya personally tell him? NO! Ok fine I'd still give this one to Sandhya ... she was new to this family, she didn't know if Suraj would understand, she was confused ... and things happened in quick successions for her ... before she could really grasp and take a breath Suraj knew.

Time went go and trust and friendship began to culminate between the 2, but yet again Suraj finds himself torn when a third person unveils his wife Sandhya to be an educated topper in academics after all. He is torn not because she is educated but because he didn't get to know the truth from her! I can still remember Suraj's extremely painful and hurtful expressions! What excuse did Sandhya have this time NONE! And it was Annukar who filled Suraj in on the other loose ends!

When things were cooling off a bit ...then the whole laptop issue with Mohit crawled its way in, then again it wasn't Sandhya who told Suraj what happened ... he found along with everyone else in the family!

Of course yet again with the divorce papers we all know Suraj found out much later why and who gave birth to them!

People might argue that Sandhya always thought to speaking facts aloud ... But the fact still remains SHE NEVER DID!! Almost every time Sandhya spoke her mind was when her "touch me not" avatar took over.

At least Suraj to his credit has his circumstantial advantage ... coz he was the one who revealed to Sandhya the reason(s) he Suraj V2 was born!

I am not siding Suraj here! I was annoyed with him as well when the whole necklace issue came in. Meena cooked up a story and Suraj played along with it in front of his family! But he should have unwrapped on that one with Sandhya behind closed doors ... Sandhya had a right to know the truth.

Recently Sandhya was this close to letting Suraj in on about her IPS dream but Chautri had to barged in ... but later on nor Suraj nor Sandhya thought it was anything of importance to discuss later on! Ok I will give this to the CVs maybe they want to unfold this for a later date!

Sandhya arrives late to their movie date, but reason is of least interest to either ... Sandhya never tells and Suraj never asks! What reason does Sandhya have now that she has a broken hand, Bhabo has gives her all the leeway and exempts her from house work. Nice CVs just coz SurYa need to be "truthful" ... they have SurYa not question each other so there is no room for lies there ... Just prefect!

Yet again Sandhya is about reveal Meena's true colors to Suraj and Bhabo decides to eavesdrop and ding dong there is a topic change!

Now, the recap ... which is most of the times misleading ... seems more like Suraj will run off to rescue Vikram and Meena without informing Sandhya and Sandhya as a sweet revenge will try telling Bhabo and the whole family about Meena's true intentions ... even before Suraj can get his ears on time ... what Sandhya will actually be able to say will be a mystery till the episode airs?

When will we see this couple start sharing things with each other first! Mutually consulting and deciding on issues ... anything done with a mutual consent only strengthens and binds relationships further!

I have lost all hopes that Sandhya will ever tell and discusses with Suraj personally that she wants and dreams to be an IPS officer one day! Sandhya will wait for the day when someone evil comes and fills Bhabo's ears ... and Suraj will be at the mercy of Preeti? for some truth about his wife. It does make a world of a difference on when, where and by whom the truth finally makes its ways out of the bag!

A relationship balances itself on honesty, trust, faith, love, sacrifice, friendship, proximity, morals, values ... all of this chained on a seesaw balance ... coz at different stages and steps in your life one needs to balance the attributes with the right percentages on it ... then only will the boat keep floating!

I know this post is getting really long but at the end I would like to say ... I am single so I personally don't have hands on experience on marital relationships as yet ... but I have witnessed many beautiful relationships around me ... the most beautiful being that of what my parents share!

Wow TnJ. Excellent Post. I am always running out of words whenever think to reply your Post. You just don't only raise right questions but also figured it about LOVE RELATIONSHIP MARRIAGE in such a depth. Although You're single I always assumed you as well experienced person at least the way you write. Pure divine, Eternal n blissful state person can think upon in depth about L M R.

I actually saw the epi in somewhat of a diff light...i agree with everything u said about prior to this situation sandy never uttered a word and that always bothered me...but this time i liked that the first thing sandy wanted to do was discuss the matter with suraj...yea i doubt that it will actually happen - because i am sure suraj will run off to mount abu before she can even utter a word - but still i found it progress in the relationship...

Bang on Amma. You just pour out reality of marriage life. I am also green newbie like SURYA although with 2years exp under my belt. I don't prefer to blabber about some issues with my husband like relationship with my MIL. I mean if something goes wrong between me n my MIL, I would prefer to solve it by myself. I don't wanna involve my husband in between us. Bhabho said perfect line yesterday when SURYA were in the kitchen that Bheend Ghar ke aangan main accha lage hain aur Bheendani Kitchen ma.

Just wanted to say that it's not that easy to share/discuss every ounce of problems with your partner. Sometimes we refrain ourselves from doing it b'coz we dont wanna hurt our beloved ones. In some situation it's better to say not anything to maintain harmony n peace in relationship n family. This is my personal exp n i am still learning how to behave n deal in different situations. It's also true that we can't please everyone. That's all I wanna say. Completely agreed with my AMMA.

wonderful post TnJ 👏👏👏...for me i think this is more a communication problem than a relationship problem...and when there is communication, there is always interuption, and when the 'interuption' is gone, they have no concentration to continue their communication 😆 that's the problem
