This one is besharamly regarding the slow cooking of the DBC... Everyone not interested ( = no one 😆), look away now...
Suraj and Sandhya are at an impasse now... They have a new understanding of each other after yesterdays stellar episode but they are returning to the same old same old...
Several things can upset the monkey barrel anytime:
Sherni bhabho is in protective mama cub mode for the time being, but let us not depend on the tender mercies of sleeping tigers. Who knows if babasa's revelation on the cause of Surya problems will set her off again (Oh please let it be a problematic aangan sammelan free mahaepisode!)...
Meenu is standing by to poke tiger bhaho awake...
Chhavi's fail and the resulting effect on her marriage plans is all set to explode at any time...
Mohit, vicky, daisa, corrupt food inspectors- all ready to spring to action anytime...
Bhabho may happily (bhabho special circumstance version ) or unhappily (bhabho normal version) send Sandy with Suraj to Singapore (choudvi pass hone ka ek faayda)...Hence, this Singapore trip is going to be a significant one for SurYa in more ways than one I think:
1. No one wants DBC asap after they return home today..Hiro suggests they play peek-a-boo/lukka chuppi under either side of the huge bed on separate bedrolls for a while...Very cute and very SurYa...But what next?
2. Suraj may still feel guilty about his behaviour and still feel he's not good enough for her... It would be great if roles were reversed now: Sandy is ready (sort of) to progress but Suraj isnt ..Winning a cooking competition might give him a much needed confidence boost to think himself worthy of Sandhya ...Halwai hai tho kya hua?...Asia's/world's Best halwai honge...Also, he'll enjoy taking her on a trip on his own merit...After all Sandy will join the IPS not the IFS so foreign travel is all on his tab 😆
3. Sandy may be willing, but she may be too prudish or not know how to break the stalemate
She isnt going to start checking out Suraj is she? (If she does, I'll eat my words 😛)... A nice break with no bhabho, green glass room, separate bedrolls etc might give them a fresh start...Isnt singapore one of those places where space is at a premium? (all singaporean dabhians, correct me if I'm wrong)...So maybe they might reach the getting onto a bed milestone? 😃( instead of tripping and falling in by accident as in the village trip)...Sandhya may even get into the mood by solving mysteries (who stole the pepper shaker) or teaching the natives a thing or two about mera bhaarat mahaan even if singaporeans are the most law abiding citizens on earth...🤣
New wine in a new bottle ...Thank you IIFA... Singapoori noodles might be the new DBC after all!..Chopstix crossed everyone 😉 😆
