why is ridz not praying??

i remember ridz used to pray whenever there is something wrong. when armaan met with an accident for the first time, when ridz has to operate on her patient etc.. she used to pray. then how come she didnt pray for armaan's to return safely in thusday's episode?? was she shure that armaan wold return?? i know this is a wierd question, but it came to my mind. so i just thought of posting it.
