shashank does not like armaan staying wid daughters...so if suspends armaan for dat..he will mixing armaan's proffesional life and his personal life together....and that will be extremely wrong!!!!!and armaan is not at all at fault as he is trying to stop riddhima from doing that and she was only doing the "gulaami"thing!!!!

This is wht i think will happen..
Shashank has told Padma about whts happenin with Ridz .. I think Padma will speak to Ridz &/or Armaan and ask her/him why she is doing all this harkats. Ridz might then tell her that all the interns and Bi are together into this to bring back old Armaan. I am also wonderin if Padma comes to know that Ridz loves Armaan or not.

So dont worry.. i think Shashank's misunderstandin might be cleared very soon..

of course.. shashank is highly hypocritical at times.. he pisses me off!!
im not trying to bash the character, but i think his attitude is really wrong. he tells people not to mix personal and professional life but then goes around scolding all of the interns for playing basketball and bike racing. they have a private life outside of work and can do whatever they want... legally shashank has no right to say anything. and now if he takes his anger out on armaan by suspending him, that would be soooo wrong
