Remember Sanjeevani, the hospital serial that created such a sizeable impact in its time? Well, it has come back in a new Avatar – or has it? Certainly, Dill Mill Gayye carries forward the hospital Sanjeevani and its Dr. Shashank – but there ends the similitude. 'Dill…' is actually a rollercoaster ride onto fun of the purest kind. It's all froth and frolic, seeped in honeyed romance. It's dil, dil and dil… shall we take you on a journey through this Heart…

The Heartbeats…

They throb with life!

They are young, yearning and unyielding. Meeting them is like jumping into a flock of sparrows – you feel bouncy in your bones.

That's the young cast of the Dill Mill Gayye (Star One), we are speaking of. Once with them, we are drowned in hot springs of fun.

As we reach the sets, we find them having a ball, rehearsing for a song to be shot later in the day. The sound system blares 'Salam-e-Ishq', the hit title song from the dud movie and a masterji is telling them steps. But the entire gang is full of beans and pranks are a top priority.

The masterji pretends to be stern but soon enough joins the fun. And thus the rehearsals become an akhaada of horseplay (and mareplay as well).

Later, during the break, they are herded to where we are, for an encounter of the chatty kind.
