whose next...?

So i guess sapna is over Dr. Shub lolz...so ya she and amit the first to confess n become couple n now after so many prayers and more prayers we have AR together finally! N so any guess to who might be next? i think it could be muskaan n rahul but its like impossible since there fightin and at each other throat all the time even AR werent this bad and Angie n Atul ummmm angie feelin something for atul seems impossible..though could happen but we need more than prayers lolz now i see dr.keerti and Dr.Shub as a possibilty as they look so cute as it is but who knows. so any guesses
