hi just want 2 share... i listend in zee news dat karan singh have tattoo on his arm... n in this serial he have 2 hide it as he is a doctor.. so remember basketball match dere d make up man had put so much make up2 hide his tattoo!😊

well its just plain makeup they put to cover it up but i have seen it on his arm during DMG when he was in the jungle laying basket down u could see it he has it on his left arm it huge!!!!!!!!!! 😃

Yep, he does have a tattoo but is hiding it in DMG.

in solah singar on sahara one....karan had his tattoos....soo much make up to cover all tht up...lol....on the making on DMG he said i didnt knew i was gonna be a doctor wen i grow up otherwise i wudnt ha gotten this tattoo 😆 😆 😆 ...so funny...
